42--i just want some peace--

Weekends were usually the days I'd sleep throughout the day but today I felt like taking a good breath of air without any disturbance. All that was happening was too confusing and I really needed a break from everything. I finished my morning routines and was heading out of the house.

Another figure joined me, making me to look at them weirdly. "Where the fu*k are you going?"

The yellow haired bastard shrugged. "Just following you."

I only came out to get some alone time and this idiotic cousin of mine decides to just show up to ruin it.

I stopped in my tracks, pointing back to the house. "Go back."

He also stopped, looking at the house with dull eyes before continuing his walk. "It's boring without you there."

I marched up to him and kneeled my fist into his head. "Am I some kind of entertainment to you? Go and play your games or sew clothes with Aunty. Do anything but don't follow me."

"No can do big sis," he said with a smug face.

Getting annoyed of his persistent behaviour, I decided to ignore him. I'll just pretend he doesn't exist.

I made it to the skatepark. Fortunately there weren't many people here in the mornings which would make my time here more enjoyable. I glanced behind me to see Mickey still following. Gritting my teeth, I grabbed one of the skateboard and skated down the ramp, doing a flip when I reached the other side.

Surprisingly Mickey also got a skate board and placed a shakily leg onto it. He went near the edge of the ramp and looked down.

Did he also intend to follow my every move? I watched him intensely, waiting for him to embarrass himself.

He adjusted his skate board and placed his other leg onto it. Down he went and was slowly stopping in the middle of the ramp when he lost his balance and toppled over onto his butt. I snorted and skated back down the ramp to him. He groaned, looking up at me. My face was filled with mockery.

"How's that huh? I told you to stay home didn't I?"

"It was fun. . ." he said, getting up and dusting his pants off. I raised an eyebrow at the unexpected response. What the heck has gotten into him. The kid that always love playing video games indoor has suddenly taken skateboarding fun.

He smiled at me, "Teach me big sis."

My mouth fell. Yeah, he definitely hit his head somewhere this morning.

I taught Mickey a few steps of how to balance on the board and he listened and complied with everything I said without any complaint. Just what is going on with him today?

"Oh? Y/n?" I turned upon hearing a familiar voice and saw Leon. He sent a smile and walk over to us with a skateboard under his arm.

"Hey Leon!" I greeted.

He looked at Mickey and waved at him with a smile.

Mickey who was trying to balance on the skateboard, responded to Leon with an opposite attitude. He tsked and got off the skateboard. "You have other friends aside from those seven idiots that's always sticking to you?"

I elbowed him in the stomach and looked at Leon. "Nevermind him. He's always like that."

Leon shook his head, "It's alright."
