The two days went by pretty quickly before she had realized that she was now laying down in Optimus's cabin as he was driving back to the base. Apparently they had both missed out on some magnetic energy that had been going on between two robots being stuck together. Along with missing out on them being buried alive underground in a cave. Julie wanted to sit up, but Optimus refused to let her walk around until she had rested for another few days at base. Meaning he was now grounding her to resting inside of his alt mode. The doctors were still curious how the heck she already had some skin forming over her injured leg even though the previous time it was just raw flesh.
Julie still remembered when she had fallen fast asleep and found herself being woken up by the doctors when they wanted to check on how her leg was doing. They found that a very thin layer of skin had formed over her leg and the next day it happened again. She now had a few layers of skin, even though it was still far from healed. The doctors predicted that instead of taking 2 weeks of recovery that she would probably be fully recovered after a few days now. When the yellow robot and Optimus were with her, they were both very much surprised by all that had happened. When Optimus transformed he didn't even bother to let her out, instead she was now inside a very small, dark space in his chest while still laying down on the bed. When he did that, she truly realized then how serious he was about her not being allowed to leave him. The only time she was allowed to leave was when she was going to the restroom, but even then, his hologram was still hanging out right outside the restroom in the base making sure she didn't try to wander off or take too long in the restroom.
As Julie laid down in the bed while he was in his bipedal form doing his job on duty. "Optimus, our scanners have detected a decepticon energy profile, but it's ancient." Ratchet cried
"The past has a way of catching up with the present, Ratchet." Optimus said as he looked over at his friend. "I need you to watch Julie for me. Keep a very close eye on her. I don't want to carry her out to battle, but she must rest. We will head out to find out what is going on."
"I don't want to have to babysit. I already have enough trouble watching the other three, I don't need to worry about her in the process." Ratchet complained.
"She needs rest and if anything happens I want someone to be watching her to help prevent her health from deteriorating. She may help lead us to answers we have yet to receive." Optimus said as he opened his chest to where Julie saw the orange and white robot looking at her where she laid. Her eyes flinched from the now bright light that surrounded her. "I can lay down on the couch over there if I must." Julie replied. "I don't want to end up finding myself in the way. Surely Ratchet has enough work to do without having to worry about me in the process."
"I am sorry, but my decision is final. You still need to be on constant watch." Optimus said as he carefully pulled her off the bed and laid her on the couch like she was a piece of glass. "Anything could happen to your injury, whether it be your leg getting infected, or if you run into another piece of iron, or if the thin layers of skin tearing open from movement. Promise me that you will not move from this spot without any assistance or do anything irrational that can risk your safety."
"It is not like there is anything to do here anyways. Other than simply taking a nap. I won't go anywhere and I don't plan to need anything for the next few days anyways. I should be fine." Julie replied as she looked up at Optimus and Ratchet.
"If you need anything, do not worry about asking Ratchet. I would have the other humans here to help you out, but they are currently at school at the moment." Optimus said. "Arcee, Bulkhead, Bumblebee, let's roll out."
Ratchet stood there and watched as they left and then turned to her. "I won't bother you. I already know you guys don't like me. I simply will just sit here and rest till he gets back." Julie told him as he looked at her. Ratchet seemed to briefly nod as he turned back to the work that he had at hand.

Optimus found himself at the base looking at Ratchet who held the now repaired immobilizer. "The damage looked bad, but it was a snap to repair, allowing us to reverse its effect on you. You should regain your full range of motion before long." Ratchet spoke.
    "And Arcee?" Optimus asked.
    "She's rather resilient for a two-wheeler."
"It is the external wounds which heal the quickest." Optimus told Arcee as he turned to where she sat in the base. Arcee looked over at Optimus and vented. "I thought settling scores would allow me to move on. Instead I chased away our hope of winning this war anytime soon."
"Wisdom cannot be granted, Arcee. It must be earned. Sometimes at a cost." Optimus replied. They were all sitting on the farther end of the main room, away from where Julie was resting. As he turned and looked over at Julie who was still fast asleep he sighed. "In the morning tomorrow I want us all to discuss the current situation at hand that needs to be dealt with. For now we all should rest. Seeing as tomorrow is a Saturday I want the three of you to pick up the humans and bring them here for further plans to be discussed."
He heard about how Julie merely was resting throughout the entire day while they were out trying to obtain the relic. It worried him about how she was fairing, thankful that she was slowly starting to recover, with no home, no information about her she was stuck living in the base, which meant that certain human needs were going to have to be met in the base. As everyone, but himself and Ratchet had left the room, he looked over at Julie. Maybe he too needed to learn some more wisdom. Obviously Julie might have her external wounds, but she probably still has a lot of traumatic scars on the inside whether she remembered how she got them or not, and she was going to need help treating them, but the others turning against her were not going to help her out with that at all. Instead it would make her healing process a lot worse. He needed to learn some wisdom himself in being able to try to better understand how she felt or what she needed and in order to do that, he needed to stop treating her like a caged animal.
Instead of taking her with him to his bunker he decided to let her sleep on the couch and give her some more room to breathe, besides he didn't want to accidentally wake her from picking her up and putting her in the bed in his chassis. "Ratchet, you should rest."
Ratchet quickly turned and looked over at him in shock. "I am working on some of these datapads. I should be done here shortly."
"Well if anything happens to her while you work, can you please come get me?"
Ratchet seemed like he was rolling his optics as he vented. "I don't know why you care about her. How has she helped you all this time you have known her? She could be a MECH experiment and you wouldn't know it if she tricked you. Miko, Rafael, and Jack are already a handful to deal with, but now having her living here on the base? Why not just send her to the Pentagon with Agent Fowler to be taken care of there? I know that you and I are old friends, but I don't have the time or interest to take care of her. Just leave her back in the desert where you found her."
"I am very disappointed in your judgment, old friend. Do you all feel this way? Should I really get rid of an innocent human being who has possibly lost everything she had, even if she were to remember? As long as we are here we will help aid the humans, until we find our means to return home. Until then, the humans are going to be under our care, whether you like it or not." Optimus reported. "As for you, I command you to go to your berth and rest until morning. You may not work on any datapads. For tomorrow will be a day that you will need to remember."
"Yes, Optimus. But heed my warning, that girl is going to lead to nothing, but trouble. She could very well lead us to our own destruction." Ratchet warned as he walked out of the room. Optimus turned to where he saw Julie fast asleep. "I hope that you are wrong. By the Allspark, I hope you are wrong, old friend." Seeing as he had no choice, he as carefully as he could picked Julie up and put her in his chassis where the bed was. Afterwards, closing up his chassis and turning towards the computer screen.
"Optimus, you called?" Agent Fowler asked.
"Yes, Agent Fowler, I have an urgent matter that I wish to discuss with you. It is about Julie." He replied.
