Julie moaned as she found herself laying on a medical bed among the human platform. She heard some sort of machinery going on like a project was being built. Sitting up, she felt like there was no longer any sign of her injury, figuring they gave her some water to help her heal her wounds on her back. Sitting up she saw the children looking over the rails at something along with the autobots standing nearby.
"I've done everything I can, considering the limitations of my equipment and less than ideal spare parts. It remains uncertain if Ultra Magnus's new appendage will be fit for battle, though it should prove functional after the requisite amount of therapy." Ratchet spoke.
"That is all we can hope for, old friend." Optimus replied, as Julie stood up and saw the damage of a new hand on Ultra Magnus. "Wait, I believe I can help." Julie spoke as she flew over to Ultra Magnus.
"Julie, wait!" Ratchet cried as he saw her up. "You just recovered from a brutal injury."
"Injury that is easily fixed through the natural resources of water and energon." Julie replied. "It was not an iron wound, I will be fine." She turned to Ratchet and nodded. "Now as I was trying to say, I have uncovered the magic of Solus Prime within my very being. When I touched the Forge in the cave, back when it was just Optimus and Smokescreen, a small portion of the power was passed onto me, and it now lives within me in the process. I don't know how much energy it will take, but I believe that I can help Ultra Magnus recover his destroyed hand, through melding the new appendage Ratchet attached to him. It may wear me out to use such power seeing as I have not yet trained and practiced on it, but I am certain that I will be able to work through the task that is at hand." Julie explained.
"Julie, are you certain?" Optimus asked.
'Positive, for if I couldn't do it, the Primes wouldn't have awoken me when they did. Otherwise I would still be resting on the medical bed." Julie replied as she flew up to the new hand on Ultra Magnus. "I will need energon for this to work." Julie spoke as she studied the hand. Smokescreen left before returning with a cube filled with a small amount of energon, as they already knew she could easily fill the cube up if needed to. Reaching her hand into the substance, she turned to the hand and started to rub the energon over Ultra Magnus's new hand, before an electric pulse emitted from her own hands to his own, causing the servo to be covered in bright light.
"I will never get used to how bright the light is that Julie can admit. She truly is connected to the power of the Primes." Smokescreen muttered as she worked. Her eyes were closed, but she had a small sense of what she was doing as she felt her hands work on what felt like softened metal. As she felt her work was done, she opened her eyes to see the light dim in front of her revealing a normal hand that looked like he never even lost his hand in the first place.
"She did it." Arcee commented, as Julie felt tired and drained from the action, her wings had to work a little harder from her drained energy.
"Now it is done." Julie spoke. "He will awaken, but as Ratchet said, he will need some severe therapy, not just for getting motion in his hand again, but from the conflict he had to face and endure with Predaking. I did warn him that someone would get a damaged servo if they didn't let me take over in the caverns."
"You didn't warn anyone." Smokescreen objected.
"Yes I did, but you guys weren't entirely listening, I said I had to take over unless and I quote, 'someone wanted a damaged servo.'" Julie replied. "It doesn't matter, what is done has been done, there is no going back, only forward." As exhaustion started to sound in her voice, "I need to rest, if I am to have any more strength for upcoming crises, I need to at least have some energy to be able to help aid the team."
