Faith's pov

"Well?" Says the Watcher as he has noticed our return from the Tree. It's also very clear from what we saw; the Watcher is not to be trusted which is why we both agreed to speak little of what we saw to him.

"Abaddon is the Destroyer," said War as he replied.

"The Archangel?"

"As it may sound hard to believe but it is the truth," I said.

"He was betrayed. He was only a pawn in some greater game."

"And we can only guess what we must do next. Right brother Azrael."

"You both must... bring him peace."

"Peace? Abaddon is the Destroyer! I'm pretty sure peace is off the table." Said the Watcher as he strongly disagrees with Azrael's idea of peace, and as much as I hate to say this, I personally agree with him.

"Did you both find any clues among the visions? A way to stop him?"

"There was a sword -- one which broke the Seals."

"The Armageddon Blade. But... after the Seals were broken, Abaddon ordered the blade to be destroyed, on the anvil of its creation. Horseman, Faith... I fear the blade is lost to us now."

"It will be made again." Says War as he reveals the handle of the blade, which seems to have caught Azrael by surprise.

"What else did you see?" The Watcher asked.

"Abaddon guards the Seventh Seal. He plots with others to storm the White Gates. Uriel will lead the Hellguard against him... and fail."

Besides the situation with Abaddon being the Destroyer, that part of the vision hasn't stopped bothering me. I honestly can't help but worry for Uriel, for the first time in the century. Yes, she has come close to harming me, she most likely still holds a strong hatred for me as well... but do I really want her and the rest of the Hellguard to die by their former leader...

"What else did you see?" Watcher asked again. Clearly, he wants to know if we saw the truth, his real reason for being here with us. And of course, we won't tell him.

"We saw nothing else," I replied to him.

"I will open a gate to return us. Once it's closed, the Garden and its secrets will be lost forever. When you both are ready, I will begin." Says Azrael as he opened a portal gate for us. I gave Eden one last look while saying a silent farewell and went into the gate, and as we made it to the end, we appeared back in the Ashlands. Only this time at the possible highest place and with a bridge in front of us.

"Okay, so we are back. Now what?" I asked.

"Seek Ulthane. He will help you. He MUST help you..."

"He will most likely put up a fight about it, but we will try... But how do we find the pieces of The Armageddon Blade brother?"

"Abaddon will have scattered the swords remain's. Hiden them where none that can walk in the light could find them."

"The Shadow Realm." Says me and War.

"Yes. Use the Mask of Shadows. Assemble the broken blade. Then, return it to the forge of the Black Hammer. When this is done, return to me. Perhaps I can serve you both one last time before the end." He explained to us and War began to walk away. I however couldn't bring myself to say anything, all I could do was cast my gaze away. Trying to push away the very thought of losing my brother.

"Azrael... at any time you could have left me to my fate. Dead in the Tower. Lost among the ashes of Eden. Why do you help me now? When this is over, the Council will see that justice is done. I will kill Abaddon. And all who have schemed with him."

"We all must answer for our sins, Horseman. When the hour of my judgment comes, I will embrace it. Whatever the light decides... And look after Faith for me when the time has come."

"Brother..." I say as I felt a wave of emotions running through me. For all the long years that I have known him, never have I recalled a time when he would say such things while worrying for my safety. Azrael, I hope that you will still live when this is over.

"Go! Waste no more time on me. And tell Ulthane... he is the last hope of an old fool."

After that, me and War went off to find the missing pieces of the blade. And since I don't have the power to enter into the Shadow Realm I'm relying on War to collect them. So far; we have found two of them in the Ashlands and one located in The Dry Road. However just as we were about to get it, Uriel appeared. And surprisingly it was just her, alone and no Hellguard or anything.

"Uriel..." I said in slight shock.

"This is no ambush, Horseman. I come alone."

"We can see that, but why?" I asked. I know that she wants revenge, but to come with no backup... I don't think I could ever understand her ways of thinking and planning. We both watched in silence as brought out her blade and keeled down.

"I, Uriel of the Hellguard, Champion of the White City -- call you, Horseman, to Nex Sacramentum. And to take Faith back with me for her judgment."

"Wait what?! Have you lost your mind?!"

"Fool..." Says War as he just watched, I can feel his anger bubbling up just by listening to her.

"I lay claim to your life before the Creator... will you dishonour this law as well?"

Just as I was about to say something, War walked toward her.  Slamming his weapon into the stone ground and keeled down as well.

"Why?"

"Because Abaddon said you understood honour... and because... he was the best of us."

But is that fully true? We have seen so much and knew everything... Could I even believe any word that our former leader has told us? He did so much to the lives of everyone, destroyed everything... Almost anything that involves him just sounds like a lie. But, he was right about War and his honour.

"War..."

"The Death Oath cannot be broken... Until one falls by the hand of the other... I accept."

"You cannot escape your fate."  Says Uriel and before I knew it, there began the battle.
