Chapter 14: Inconsistency

It was the weekend, and Tokio was surprised when he walked toward the parlor. Tokio woke up from a bad dream this morning. He felt tired and grumpy at the same time. Then, his Aunt Shizuko entered his room and informed him that he has a guest waiting for him.

Tokio felt his face pale and his mind was already making negative thoughts due to what happened on Thursday.

When he arrived at the parlor, it was different from what he expected. Tokio could feel relief at the guest. Or should he say guests who visited him?

" Yo, President~ "

Tomoyuki greeted him while he started putting biscuits into his mouth one at a time.

" Delicious ~ "

Hailey was also eating a morning dessert and she couldn't help but exclaim her appreciation for the delicious food. Mayumi waved shyly at the President feeling embarrassed at the manners of the two people beside her.

Tokio then glance at Kageyama Risa who he felt was the culprit of this current situation. Sipping warm chocolate for a bit, she informed Tokio.

" You suddenly left the class on Thursday and didn't even attend the class yesterday. President you have made us worried. We decided to visit you and we have asked Ishida-sensei where you live now, we are here. "

Risa smiled mischievously at him after glancing around the parlor.

" Thought it was worse than the richest student in Domino High School, it was 30 times better than our house. "

Tokio raise his eyebrows at that and blurted out.

Mayumi is easy. Tokio knows some information that Mayumi likes Katsuya Jonouichi/Joey Wheeler but she would eventually get over her crush and move on to a second-year senior to confess her feelings.

She was a gentle, nice person who just likes to have fun. Also, Tokio eventually learns that she has a weakness for cute things and sweet foods.

Satake Tomoyuki required days for Tokio to learn about him and not just a simple 'teenager filled with hormones who appreciates looking at cute and beautiful girls'. Tomoyuki was much more than that. He likes games and his favorite game was warfare-type games. Tomoyuki told them that they have a pet parrot in their house.

Finally, there was Kageyama Risa. She approached him telling him that she wanted to join his club. Tokio saw no reason to reject her. When he first met her, Tokio felt a sudden sense of deja vu. But over the time that he spent with her, Tokio thought that it was an illusion.

She feels familiar but was also a stranger at the same time. She wasn't much different from how Tokio treated most of the people in this world.

But as Tokio spent the time with her in their club, he can't completely truly grasp a sense of her attitude and personality.
