Chapter 76

AN: Here's the update...those who read some of my other fanfics that I updated. you already know what's going on...

Chapter 76: Broken Worldview  (Part 1)

         Waking up from his consciousness, the first thing that he saw was the various faces of people from the Protagonist group looking at him with concern alongside two new faces.

Remarks:

A character that wasn't even in the original story. However, in this one, she serves as a love interest for Yuei Vu (Su Yu). She was a girl who had no interest in playing the Card Game and was perfectly content with selling things at the Dream Card Shop and living the life of a normal high school girl.

She was a pretty and popular girl at her school. Unfortunately, she has a flat chest. ]

Remarks:

This person has a very unique circumstances. He is a World Link Online Player who traveled back to the past of an Alternate Dimension (The World of Yu-Gi-Oh). He is one of the people who was granted the privilege of being a player and now he is also an NPC. The fate of this person is extraordinary and would be almost equal to the fated chosen ones of this world (Yu-Gi-Oh Protagonists). A wildcard that would rock the balance and fate of this world. ]

Horo Tokio blinked when he saw the status of the new two people whom he just met once again. He can feel his heart beating erratically. Unconsciously, his body started shivering.

While Tokio was engulfed by different intense emotions and his mind was currently in a chaotic state, he felt a hard tap on his right shoulder which resulted in him feeling intense pain.

He looked up at the culprit and saw Joey looking at him with an upset expression and frowning.

" Whatever you are thinking right now Horo Tokio, calm down! We can't have you fainting again. Didn't you say that you wanted to buy Card Packs or should we send you to the nearest Hospital? "

Taking a deep breath and closing his eyes to calm down and not fall into chaotic thoughts, after a few minutes, Tokio eventually felt his heartbeat returning to normal.

He opened his eyes once again, to look at the people surrounding him but gave him some little space inside this Game Shop. Tokio was lying down on a sofa.

[ Fuck you, System. ]

" Horo-san, are you fine now? "

Anzu asked him, Tokio nodded his head a little bit. Itou Chika passed Yugi a glass of water before giving it to Tokio which the latter accepted.

Glancing at the wary yet worried Chika and Yuei, Tokio plastered a fake smile on his face.

"  I apologize for the scene that I caused. I didn't expect that my body would give up on me all of a sudden, are you two the ones responsible for this Dream Card Shop? "

After apologizing and asking a question, Tokio started drinking the glass of water given to him.

[ The system thinks that it is an impossible task for the Host. If the Host is looking for something to vent his frustrations, the system would recommend the host to go to those adult shops available here at Domino City. There are 3 shops of that kind available in the city. ]
