The day after Zeke and Eto had their moment together, it turned out that the message about the convoy was a set up and 15 Aogiri tree members died for their stupidity for not listening to a executive but other than that Zeke was busy follow the Data trail from the auction and he was spending as much time with Eto as he can to make up for getting her worried the other day.
With spending time together Zeke had to accompany Eto to another one of her book conventions which for this time it was more directed about their love life since Zeke was missing for 3 years everyone apparently thought that they both broke up or that Eto ended up eating Zeke which made them both chuckle "no in honesty I had to go home to see my family for a while" Zeke lied to them but since it was so long now that they didnt know if he was telling the truth or not so the issue was dropped quickly.
At the end both Zeke and Eto were exhausted by the amount of people who needed to know about their love life but other than that Zeke was surprised "so people really believed that you ate me" Zeke said with amazement and a laugh "yeah but with you being gone..." Eto didn't want to think about that anymore so she changed the subject "do you remember the butler guy that the Quinx squad was fighting?" Eto asked while trying to find the video on her phone "yes I do and what about him" Zeke said "I could use a hand with breaking him so that we could get Kaneki back" Eto said but this time Zeke looked irritated "sure" Zeke simply said while calling Chie.
when she picked up he asked for them name of the butler and she said he was called Kanae and that he is German so with that Zeke said thank you and he hung up with mild curiosity "you know I can go and meet him on my business trip I need to take" Zeke said while going back through his phone "sure but don't get to attached to him" Eto said "well I am still waiting to see what they could look like, who knows he might look cute" Zeke said and Eto at first looked confused but then she smiled "see your learning humour" Eto said with a smile "I love that smile" Zeke said while pulling her closer which got her to blush "and I love you" Eto said before kissing him.
Taking the opportunity to kill two birds with one stone Zeke made the arrangements to go and meet Mirumo today which he agreed to so Zeke was picked up by the lady who was also at the auction but as a precaution Zeke still chose to wear his mask and outfit, while in the car the woman decided that it would not be worth the hassle of wearing her mask so her face was on show "might I say miss that it is nice to finally meet a servant from the Tsukiyama clan" Zeke said while trying to butter her up but she didn't seem to mind "why thank you" she said curtly and with that the car went back into silence.
Arriving at the Tsukiyama private estate Zeke was escorted through the estate and when he arrived in what he could assume was a type of office room he could see the main man Mirumo and the woman that drove him here "well them Mr Plague what is it that we can come to terms with?" Mirumo said with his check book already out on the table "well first I thought we could discuss a proposal" Zeke said while reaching into his pocket but the maid reacted by activating her Kokaku "wow there missy" Zeke said with a letter in hand "its a piece of paper" Zeke said while pointing to the letter in his hand "matsumae it is fine" Mirumo said with a wave of his hand and she deactivated her Kagune.
Placing the letter on the desk and sliding it over the older he couldn't help but look at the servant "so your name is Matsumae is it?" Zeke said while looking at her "that is right now remember where you are human" she threated but this lead to Zeke chuckling a little "my that is a look that could kill" he while still looking at her which she didn't like "what is this meant to be Mr Plague" Mirumo asked while clutching the note tightly "this is a warning and a helpful reminder" Zeke said while he sighed and he reached behind to release the clasp of his mask.
Taking it off he decided to take a nice and deep breath "its to say that you have a mole in your mist" Zeke said it blandly "this is crazy" he said while slamming his hand onto the table which even managed to make Matsumae look in shock "is it tho, we were told that you would be attending and I was told what number I was to contact you on, so how hard is it to believe that you have a leak in your little family" Zeke taunted as he decided to stand up "then who is it" Mirumo said with anger in his voice "first your information storage" Zeke said while taking his attention to the servant "you peasant everyone here is a ghoul, we could feast on your corpse" Matsumae shouted again but this time she released her Kokaku into its sword form "and you forget that you are not the killer in the room" Zeke said while turning to her "fine" Mirumo said with defeat "but sir" Matsumae said now gone from shocked to concerned "if we kill him then the mole could tell the CCG and Aogiri tree what ever they wanted" Mirumo said with annoyance "Matsumae please could you take him to the Library" Mirumo asked "of course sir" she said through grated teeth "oh and about your soon I will have something that he will find interesting" Zeke said but he was quickly escorted out of the room my 'Mae'.
While Zeke was being escorted he couldn't help but notice how angry Matsumae was with the whole ordeal "well what is the matter darling" Zeke said with a slight glee in his voice "it bugs me that the master of the house has had to relent to a human like you" she said with hate in her voice "and would it be different if it was another ghoul?" Zeke asked "It would make some what of a difference" she admitted "then just think of me as a ghoul who is purely human at heart" Zeke said which now changed her mood from angry to annoyed "you are no ghoul" she said "no but I am no human either" Zeke said before he stopped in front of a door "how did you know it was this room" she said suspiciously "like I said I am no human" Zeke simply said before he moved out of the way for her "after you Milady" Zeke said while giving her a bow.
Zeke was only in the room for a short time and in that short time he was busy with copying everything that he could find useful and that had anything to do with the CCG and V, once he was done he simply walked through the house and back down to the office room and when he entered he saw Matsumae, Mirumo and Shuu talking at the desk "you, what is it that you know" Shuu demanded as he tried to activate his Kagune but he was to weak "that Ken Kaneki is in all terms dead but his body on the other hand is still being used" Zeke told them cryptically "what are you talking about human" Kanae the one who is the one most agitated with Zeke being in the estate "I believe that your friend Chie will have more information for you all" I told them and with that I bowed to them all and went over to collect my mask that was left on the table "if you would be so kind as to take me back to where you found me" Zeke asked while putting the mask back on which triggered a memory for Shuu "you... I remember you at the old shopping district" he said with shock in his voice "you died" he said with confusion "yeah I am getting that a lot now a days."
