Sweet: Killer x Reader

It was a semi-normal day on the Kidd Pirate's ship, Kidd was in his office building something, Wire and Heat were playing cards, and Killer was reading a book. The only difference was, that there was a small gentle soul next to Killer who looked out of place on the ship. The Kidd Pirates had saved you a couple of weeks ago when they were on the last island. You didn't know it but you made even the rainy days brighter, even for Kidd. He had mellowed out because he didn't want to scare you or harm you in any way.

Now and then Kidd would wrap his arms around you when no one was around and have you comfort him. No one knew he needed comfort, hell he didn't even know until he met you. Heat and Wire would attempt to flirt with you, but you were so shy you would end up hiding behind Killer who would threaten to tell Kidd, which made the men pale slightly. You and Killer were close with each other and you could always be found around him because he was the first to find and protect you.

What you didn't know is Killer had developed strong feelings for you but he thought you were way out of his league. So he kept his feelings to himself even though Kidd picked up on the feelings for you. You were currently beside the masked male with your head on your knees and your eyes closed. He closed his book and placed his hand on your shoulder, you opened your eyes to look at the blue and white mask.

"Are you tired? You should rest in your room if you are..."

"I am fine, I wasn't sleeping." You said quietly that if it wasn't for the fact Killer was close to you he wouldn't have heard a word you said.

"Are you sure?"

"Yes..." You said and sat up straightly, and Killer nodded his head. You leaned your head against him which made the male blush under the mask. He slowly wrapped an arm around you holding you close to him, and he looked anywhere but you even though you already couldn't see him. You wrapped your arms around him in a hug and he looked down at you before looking up only to be met with a smirking captain. Kidd walked away deciding not to ruin the moment, and Killer let a sigh out.

"Are you okay Killer?" You asked, and he looked down nodding his head.

"Yeah. I am fine." He said and you nodded your head before laying against him again. Killer glanced at you before standing you up, you blinked looking at him confused but he led you to his bedroom. You thought nothing of it since you often shared a room with him since there was no other room for you to sleep in. Once you arrived, he locked the door and sat on the bed looking down. You were confused but sat beside him, but he wrapped his arms around your waist and pulled you into his lap.

"K-Killer?"

"Uhm...." Killer grasped your hands and put them on his mask. You blinked realizing what he wanted you to do and you blushed slightly.

"I love you (Y/N)... but... I am not sure if you would feel the same about me..." Killer said. Your eyes widen in shock and a blush covered your cheeks.

"Tell me how you feel with my mask on, then...remove it... and tell me how you feel without it..." Killer said you felt him shake due to nervousness. Your eyes soften and you kissed his mas where you thought his cheek was.

"I love you too Killer..."

"I hope you still feel the same way without the mask."

"I know I will...." You whispered removing his mask, he soon met your eyes, and you smiled and shyly pressed your lips to his. His eyes widen due to the sudden bold move, he wrapped his arms around your waist holding you close. You wrapped your arms around his neck and he gently laid you on the bed hovering over you and you let a sigh escape your lips. He parted from your lips and you had a shy smile grace your lips, and your face rivaled Kidd's hair.

You gently placed your hand on his cheek, and you leaned up kissing him again. He couldn't help but smile and return the kiss, this time the kiss grew more intimate, as he licked your bottom lip. You slowly parted your lips and he slipped his tongue into your warm cavern. You both battled for dominance for Killer was able to win with ease. He explored your mouth becoming addicted to the kiss more and he sighed softly. You both parted and he leaned his forehead against yours and you let a smile grace your lips.

"I am so lucky, I was worried you would reject me," Killer admitted and you held him close to you. He tried not to put all of his weight on you but he failed as you were stronger than you appeared pulling him to your chest. You nuzzled your face into his long blonde hair and he sighed softly closing his eyes.

"I-It's funny how t-that works since I-I thought the same thing..." You whispered and Killer couldn't help but laugh despite hating his laugh.

"You are mine now right?" He asked, and you ran your hands through his hair.

"Yes... I wouldn't want to be anyone else's..."
