Candy Kisses: Usopp x OC

Ussop was watching Grace as she was looking out at the ocean. Ussop had developed a crush on the said girl, and he had no idea how to get her to notice him. He sighed before turning back to his and Franky's project.

"Are you okay, Ussop? You look Super down." Franky said, looking at the boy.

"Yeah, I am fine, I like Grace, but I can't seem to tell her how I feel. I get tongue-tied every time I do and then say some fictional story."

"Ahh, you fell in love. Sanji would be the best person to ask for advice."

"Grace~swan....." The said cook did his love tornado to the girl, and Grace smiled at the perverted cook and took the drink.

"Thanks, Sanji-Kun." Sanji smiled at her and ruffled her hair before heading towards Usopp and Franky.

"I heard my name."

"Ussop here needs advice."

"What kind of advice."

"He likes Grace. And he doesn't know how to approach her. Sanji hummed gently as Ussop blushed and sighed.

"Why did you tell him."

"I already knew Ussop. It's written all over your face when you look at her. The whole crew knows except Grace, of course. Listen, Grace loves candy as much as Chopper loves cotton candy and helping people. Get her candy. Don't tell some random lie or fictional story. Confess to her." Sanji said, reaching into his pocket to give Ussop the tin can with her favorite kind of candy.

"Thanks, Sanji. You aren't going to lecture me or anything?"

"Nah, she likes you as well. Nami told me as she told Nami. So I wouldn't do anything to harm a lady or a friend. But you better not hurt her, or I will have to hurt you. Now confess and stop wasting time. "Sanji pushed Ussop to Grace, and Ussop took a deep breath, and everyone left to give them alone time.

"Grace?" Ussop had his hands behind his back, and Grace smiled at him.

"Hey Ussop, what's wrong?"

"I need to talk to you. Or I have something for you."

"Really? What is it? What is it about?"

"Well, I just..... uhm...." Ussop had to think of a way to confess to her without seeming weird. Instead, he shoved the candy at her, and she blinked, smiling brightly.

"Is this the strawberry candy?"

"Yes..." Ussop said, smiling at her, watching as her face brightened up, but then an idea popped into his mind, and he took the candy back, and she frowned, tilting her head to the side.

"Ussop ?" Ussop popped a piece of candy in his mouth, and he took a deep breathtaking her to his chest. She blushed a bright red and started to become flustered.

"U-Ussop w-what are you doing?"

"Can I?" he asked, and she blinked before picking up on what he was saying. She slowly nodded, and he smiled, capturing her lips with his own, pushing the piece of candy past her lips. She hummed gently into the kiss, enjoying the taste of the candy before he pulled away with tinted cheeks.

"I like you a lot Grace. Will you be my girlfriend?"

"I would love to be your girlfriend." She hugged him tightly, and he hugged her back. Luffy came flying out of hiding just then because Nami and Sanji were trying to hold him back.

"Congratulations!" Luffy tackled Ussop, who fell on top of Grace. Ussop turned so Grace would fall on his chest. Grace squeaked, and Sanji hit his head.

"Luffy, leave them some time alone." Nami huffed, pulling Luffy away.

"But..."

"No, they need alone time." Grace giggled, and Ussop smiled at her cute laugh. She looked down at him sitting up, and he sat up too, but he kept her in his arms, pecking her lips.

"Best kiss ever." You said, smiling.

"Kisses that taste like candy are the second best."

"What's the first?"

"Your natural taste." Ussop smiled, and she flushed, hiding her face in his chest.

"I like you a lot Ussop."

"I like you too."
