You were walking around the island that you, your twin brother, Bryce, Aaron, and Michael lived on. It was just a typical day, Bryce was roaming around looking for food to eat the moment, Aaron was in his office working, and Michael was shopping for dinner. You weren't sure why, but you had a gut feeling your typical day wouldn't be as ordinary as it usually was. You pushed that feeling down because you didn't want to worry or stop enjoying your alone time. It was hard being the only girl in the family since you were never alone.
Your parents gave you four up because they realized they didn't want to care for kids anymore. You barely remembered their faces, or why they didn't want you. You didn't even know their names. You had temporary memory loss, so remembering anything that far back was hard, to begin with. You wished you could remember, you didn't even remember your hometown.
You turned the corner sighing as you were looking at a stand, you saw a bracelet, and it was beautiful. You smiled warmly picked up a bracelet and placed it on your wrist; you turned it against the sun. It was beautiful it was (f/c) and it sparkled against the light.
"Excuse me, how much for this?" You asked the owner of the stand.
"That bracelet looks amazing on your wrist, how about this since it didn't catch anyone's eyes you take it free of charge?" Your eyes widen in shock at the older man; you quickly shook your head.
"I couldn't; I must pay for it." You said, but the man shook his head, you sighed softly but gave him a wide smile.
"Thank you so much." You said bowing your head; you walked away looking at the bracelet. You didn't pay attention to where you were going so when you ran into someone's chest and stumbled backward, you automatically apologized.
"I am so sorry." You said, bowing your head.
"Watch where the fuck you are going." You heard a deep voice; you looked up to see a redhead guy wearing purple lipstick. You went to say something, but you decided you were going to play nice today since you didn't want to lose a bet to Bryce.
"I saw I was sorry, geez." You said, rolling your eyes as you began to walk away, but he grabbed your wrist, and you felt yourself growl.
"Can I help you?" You asked, and you glared into his eyes. He continued to stare at you, Kidd didn't know where but he felt like he knew you. He got close to your face, your eyes widen, and a blush covered your cheeks. You pushed him away from you to create some distance, and you shot him another glare.
"What the fuck dude? Don't go into my personal space." You said, before hearing your name being called.
"(Y/N)!" You turned your head to see your twin brother Bryce.
"It is you? Heh, you have gotten less shy since I last saw you." He said you narrowed your eyes looking at him like he had lost his mind.
"You have the wrong person. I am sorry." You said, turning away from him, you walked away towards your brother. and Kidd watched you go; you didn't remember him. What you didn't know due to your short-term memory loss, was that Kidd was your childhood friend right next to Killer. Kidd being Kidd, he didn't know how to handle you not remembering him so with his temper got ten times worse. He walked away from the spot heading to the bar where his crew was. When he arrived at the bar, he sat down next to his first mate. It fell silent as Kidd gave off a deadly aura, Killer turned to his captain and close friend.
"What's wrong, this time?"
"Nothing," Kidd grumbled, Killer wasn't falling for that, so he decided to press forward since he knows Kidd will eventually snap and tell him.
"Something or someone pissed you off. You are ready to kill someone." Killer said.
"The damned woman didn't even remember me," Kidd growled getting more pissed.
