Our dreams had just begun to come true.
Over six months after we moved into our new house, we got a call from a record label wanting to sign us after watching all our YouTube videos and coming to a few of our shows. They said that they thought we were "genuine guys with the heart for music" and wanted to help us out.
After getting together and thinking it over a few times, the four of us agreed to it. There was no explaining our feelings, everything was working out, everything was coming together from the broken little pieces they'd started out in. For the next few months, we went into write with professionals. It was weird watching our Twitters and Instagram followers slowly go up as more people joines our fan base. It was rare when we went out and didn't have fans coming up to us to take photos, no matter how many there were. I loved it when the girls and guys came running up to give me a hug, and some would tell me that they were inspired by me and the boys. It made my heart melt completely.

"Are you boys ready?" Ashton asks, setting down his drum sticks and gathering us all in a circle.
"Yeah," I say, straightening out my clothes and joining in.
With the lights dimmed and the screams of teenagers coming from the other side of the curtain, we all put our hands in and chanted. We were playing our first ever headlining show in London, and there were nearly 1000 people calling our names out there. Ashton was always the first one to go out on stage first, and as he walked out I felt a tug on my sleeve and got pulled to the side by Luke.
"Hey, come 'ere," He said. I follow him a few steps over, and look him in the eyes. He can't stop smiling. Luke places a comforting hand behind my head and pulls me in, giving me a real quick kiss. "Good luck, Mikey. Love you."
"I love you too," I say, grinning beyond belief and wrapping my arms around him.
"Will you two quit the make-out session and get your asses out there? Luke's after me and then Mikey.." Calum calls. I can already hear Ashton banging on the drums and building up the suspense for the rest of us. I shoot Luke one hast kiss then rush to Calum, who gets a fantastic reaction from the crowd. Then Luke walks out, getting an even bigger reaction. My stomach drops right before I follow. I didn't know what I was feeling, it was all unreal.
It was my turn. I forced myself to step out onto the stage, watching as Calum, Ashton, and Luke all smile with joy while hitting hard to their instruments. I picked up my guitar, helping out with the opening song. I see an ocean of teenagers jumping up and down and recording with their cellphones, holding up glow sticks and posters with our names on it. I never imaged any of this happening. I smiled with delight.
Luke looked hot as fuck staring down at his guitar, harshly strumming and focusing hard. He squints his eyes as he looks up into the light, then presses his lips against the microphone and starts putting his all into his solo. His voice has matured incredibly since our YouTube videos, it's much deeper and I think it's sexy as shit.
"I wish that I was eighteen, do all the thing you read in a magazine, but I'm not saying I wanna be Charlie Sheen.."
The sound was exhilarating, causing me to pick up the pace and really get into the song.
"So tell me what else can I do? I bought my fake ID for you!"
By the end of the line, he lets out a scream as he sings and his voice cracks, making my knees wobble. Oh, I was living the dream.
Me and Calum backed him while he started the chorus. The way we sounded as three was more than amazing, we were unstoppable.
"I'm not old enough for you! I'm just waiting 'till I'm eighteen!"

We jumped up and down through the night, running around the stage and going through water bottles like crazy. Ashton would laugh at everything we said between songs like he was high or something, even when we announced the song about to be played he would break out in laughter. He was in his true happy place.
Lost Boy was my favourite song to play, I mean it was so fucking good for one, and two it had the best lyrics and Luke couldn't stop smiling and staring at me while singing. I got a solo in it, too, which I loved.
We did a cover of Teenage Dream, which was arranged because of the one night we all played truth or dare and Luke screamed it off the balcony. The song, to us, showed our recklessness and let us break away from it all..
The night went on and the sound got better and better. Even halfway through the entire thing I was still in shock from simply being on that stage. I would've typically gotten tired at this time, fore I'd been jumping around everywhere and singing my heart out but I just wasn't. I could do this forever.
Eventually the night ended and Luke said goodbye and thank you to the crowd. There was an encore, I wish I could've gone back out but we didn't make it. Right after heading back to the backroom, I jumped into Luke's arms and started crying from the joy that'd been built up inside me through the entire thing. Luke held me back, sobbing into my collar and letting everything out.
"I can't believe.. I can't fucking believe.. Did we really just?.. Oh my fucking Lord.." He was skipping words because it was difficult to breathe after jumping around for hours.
"We did! We did, Luke, we did!" I cried, shaking him and then crashing my lips to his. I was so, so, so fucking happy. It was indescribable, I'd never forget it in a million years. My body vibrated in his arms, surprised of what just had happened. There were a thousand people in there! A thousand fans screaming our names, singing our songs, supporting us.
After we met a few of the fans outside, we hopped on Gus Bus and drove back to our home. Ashton and Calum blubbered on about how pumped they were and shouted from the top of their lungs how bloody fantastic they felt, while me and Luke giggled to each other independently. The ride home was no more than 45 minutes, but through the entire thing we just smiled at each other and every once in a while whisper something cute into one another ear about tonight.

Luke kicked the door open with his foot with his hand around my waist and pulled me into the bedroom. He leaned up against the door to close it with his back as I fell against him, breathing roughly and starting to kiss up his neck. He kept his hands on my hips and rubbed my spine up and down, letting a sensation trail up my back and neck. I rested my arms on his shoulder and tied them behind him as he kissed me all around. I whispered short and sweet words into his ears every now and then, making him giggle a bit and say them back. Luke kissed up around my neck and made his way to my lips, playfully biting the bottom one and messing around with it. I kept my eyes closed as he let his hands search all around my body and held me, making me feel safe with him. Getting off the door, he pushed me back and a stumbled onto the bed, laying on my back with him on top of me. We laughed as he started going at me again with kisses and nibbles. He snipped at my ear, breathing hot air in my sweet spot right in the area below my ear and just above my neck. While he was doing so, I nuzzled my nose into his hair which smelt like chocolates from the candy shop. I let my hands creep up the muscular back of his and set them in his hair, soft as ever and somewhat damp from the show- but I didn't mind. His eyelashes against my cheeks tickled. I breathed harder and harder. I flipped him over so I could be on top of him, moving my hips against him and bringing up one leg to wrap around his. The little voice cracking sounds he made every once in a great while really got me, making everything in my body tingle rapidly. I loved him so, so much. I'd fallen in love with the dumbest kid I'd ever met, and I didn't know why. It didn't make sense to me that he was the one who caught me when I fell, the one who meant most to me and was going to no matter what for the rest of my life. I, Michael Gordon Clifford was utterly in love with Luke Robert Hemmings.
