"How are we doing LAAAAAAAA?" Ashton shouts, exaggerating the 'A'. The crowd roars.

That's right, we were in sunny Los Angeles, California. It'd been awhile since our gig in London, Cal, Luke, and I were now 19 years old and on our very first headlining world tour. Fuck, it felt so good to say that.

Even better, we moved out of small little indoor arenas and moved into these huge ass mother fucking stadiums filled with thousands of people. It was completely unreal.

"The next song we're going to play is unheard of, it's one that Mikey wrote when he was drunk as shit as a juvenile. Are we ready boys?"

"LET'S DO THIS."

Calum shouts as he starts up on his bass. Luke and I join in on the guitar and Ashton pounds down onto his drums. I smiled as wide as I could, watching as Luke did the same thing he did every show, before every song, ever since our first. He squinted at the light right after furrowing his eyebrows down at his guitar to start up the song, then leaned his head back and stared into the sky. Right after staring into nothingness for a moment, he'd come back to reality and push his lips up against the microphone and let his heart out. Luke put his all into every show, it was fantastic to know how he felt about performing. As for me, I'd get the same rush right before every show. My stomach would do the same drop right before I stepped onto the stage, no matter where we were, and everything still seemed to go in slow motion.

We were all still the same boys as we were the first meet we had in Ashton's garage, still practicing all the same and goofing off like the boys we were. We stuck to traditions that had started that day, such as Ashton duct taping 'Ash' with two x's on the drum set. Luke still jumped in a circle when the beat dropped, and we all just had more fun with it then ever before.

"Na na na na na na na na na na na na na- Na na na na na na na na na na na na na na- Yeah!" Yep, this was actually happening.

"Eddie never went nowhere, he stayed at home and played his Xbox.. He read too many comics, he watched to much TV.."

This song was a joke from the beginning, I never figured out what the hell I was thinking when I jumped off the island that one night at 16. But it felt good, and I also loved the song we made out of it with all my heart.

"Then somehow it got around that his parents would be outta town, and so they all decided, that he should have a party..

Climbing through the windows, they were dumping off the roof- They were diving in the pool until he finally let loose-"

I jumped real high with my guitar and stomped on the stage, running up to the microphone to back Luke up.

"He said 'Tonight, I'm a superhero! Watch me fly! I'll never get low, no I won't come down again..'"

"He said 'Tonight, I'm a superhero! I'm about to loose my halo! I wanna do it again!..'"

Luke looked over a winked at me right before the second verse, smiling and laughing. I winked back, happy to be in the place I was. Superhero was extremely fun to perform, I wished we'd done it sooner.

"Na na na na na na na na na na na na na- Na na na na na na na na na na na na na- Yeah!"

Luke wore this cute little black button up shirt that was tied up to his chin and stuck to his skin, showing every detail in his chest down to his waist. His hair was gelled not quite so high, just rounded to the left side and loosely hung off his head. I was wearing a regular purple t-shirt, skinny enough to stick on my stomach as well. It was hot out in California on this lovely July evening, I reached my hands up and ran my hands through my now silvery-blonde-blue hair.
