New's POV

Tay was relieved that his nose wasn't permanently disfigured. It's a little more crooked now, but that didn't bother me — I might think it's a little hot, but I'll deny it to anyone who asked.

Tay's team won championships for the second time in a row on April 11th, the first time in the history of the college team. Since this game was in Boston, I was able to watch it from my flat, with Krist on one side of the couch and Gun on the other, while Win sat on the floor.

Tay didn't score the game-winning shot like the previous game, but he did get an assist from Earth, as the alpha outscored the opposing team by seven points in the fourth quarter. The two alphas had finally made peace now that Tay was secure in his status as my alpha and boyfriend, far more than Earth will ever be.

After the game, he Facetimed me. We were both blushing and beaming into the phone, knowing that we could finally fawn over each other the way we'd always wanted to.

He returned the next day and brought me on our first date: a picnic at a local park, which naturally led to making out in Tay's car until we almost got caught by a mother and her children who had parked next to us.

Our dates continued, with the majority of them taking place indoors, which involved movies, blankets, and cuddling. Many of them just consisted of us going shopping and splurging on pastel onesies and space-themed décor for the nursery we wanted to design once we moved in together.

They were not the dates I had intended on attending, but I enjoyed them nonetheless. I also adored Tay's future date plans, which he took the time to convey to me, and I've grown to love the phrase "When Tu's born, I'm going to take you to..."

Despite these joys, as the pregnancy progressed, I became increasingly angry and exasperated. I somehow managed to complete all of my finals — which were all scheduled at my leisure and modified to accommodate me as best as possible — and graduated with a BA in English on May 9th.

Tay and my parents both came to see us, stressing over our gowns and certificates before bringing us to lunch, which was filled with tears. I wasn't ashamed to admit that the tears that made up a significant portion of it were because of me. That was also when we told our parents the baby's name, exchanging amused glances as they instantly began fawning over it.

Tay and Singto moved out of their frat home, giving up the keys to the senior class of the following year. He walked out and moved in with me right away, much to Krist's displeasure. It was only temporary, but the alpha didn't take up much room considering there was nowhere else for him to sleep when he could sleep with me in my– our nest.

Tu continued to grow till I needed help standing and sitting, completely fatigued and exhausted all of the time. My mood began to deteriorate, and I found myself snapping at people — especially Tay — at all hours of the day.

The alpha didn't let it stop him from pulling me into cuddle sessions, back rubs, bubble baths, and taking excellent care of me.

We barely changed our relationship compared to how much I had worried. I and Tay have been unintentionally dating since December, as all of our friends made increasingly clear in their teasing. We both recognized that our friends were right. I believed the day everything started to change was when he brought me out of my drop, but it was solidified the moment I said yes at the restaurant.

Although we both have bad days, neither of us ever regretted trying. With each passing day, my love for the alpha became stronger, especially when he greeted me in the morning with a kiss on the forehead and a kiss on the tummy, muttering hellos to our pup and then offering me a cup of ginger tea.
