When morning came The Witch grumbled. Her ankle was swollen. He must've sprained it. It felt so good in the moment. But now it ached. She healed it internally only slightly. Rubbing her newly bruised wrists. She was enjoying herself a bit too much; her wild lust was getting out of hand.
Alona heard the other girls getting up early, staying still in her tent. They all gathered any immediate items they wanted and then started walking off.
"We'll be in the city! You have until tonight to clean everything up and leave it in the living room of my house. Okay Alona? Don't come back till it's done." Michelle called out assertively. The girls giggling at her expense.
"O... okay." was all they heard before walking off and leaving her, all by herself. Alona wondered what was going to happen. In no way did she believe, even for a second, that Brutus would leave her alone.
She stayed sleeping for a while longer. The silent ambience of the woods was broken by subtle paws, circling the camp, waking her. About 11 Wolves. But they were quiet and probably out of sight.
The Rabbit curiously peeked out of her tent. And she was right. It looked like no one was around. But as soon as she was spotted. The Giant was upon her. He came lumbering out of the trees and her eyes went wide, ducking down in the tent, making him laugh madly.
"You can't hide from me today. And you can't run with that ankle. So be a good girl." His footsteps seemed so loud in her ears as he thumped over to her. Opening the tent and plucking her out like a kitten taking a nap. tucking her under his arm. She'd changed into a soft purple night gown.
He cleared his throat. Pulling her up to look at him, holding her bridal style.
"I hurt you. So, I'll take responsibility." He said it sweetly, but it only put her on guard, Brutus was unpredictable.
"Boys! Clean up the Camp neatly and put it all in Michelle's house." Wolves came streaking out of the forest. Swarming around and shifting into people that slowly began to pick things up. They didn't even look curious. One Wolf seemed bigger compared to the others but still smaller than the giant. He had black fur and striking yellow eyes.
He came right up to Brutus and crossed his arms.
"Okay Boss. You know I gotta ask?" He sounded so tired. Like he'd been following Brutus around all day and dealing with the mayhem he left behind. The big tan man chuckled.
"Remember when Damien and Lucid came over a couple nights ago?" The Black wolf nodded,
Suspicious.Brutus held Alona out and she scrambled. She looked so petrified. He growled and she went still. His other hand petting her head as he smiled.
"Well, this is what it was about. Trying to keep tabs on our little friend here." He patted her and she flinched with each pat. Clearly traumatized. And what Alona assumed was Brutus's second in charge, pinched his nose, irritated.
"So, you, and a Tiger. AND a Jaguar are all tormenting this poor tiny herbivore? And becoming best pals over it?" He breathed out. Looking at the bunny with pity. Brutus furrowed his brow.
"I thought you'd be a little happier that the three of us aren't fighting again. It's been a while. This has never happened before." A deep and exasperated sigh escaped him, and he looked up at Brutus with all the tolerance in the world.
"Yeah, I guess. But it's kind of fucked up to let all your frustrations out on a helpless rodent.... I mean look at her. She could drop dead any second." He gestured to her vibrating body and stiff posture. She looked so scared.
Brutus looked at his friend with extreme distress.
"What do you mean by that?!" He exclaimed loudly, his head moving back and forth between Alona and his second.
