Thomas's (POV)
My heart is pounding.. my blood is boiling with Rage, my head is spinning I feel like I might pass out not knowing who is on the Berg..
I suddenly hear voices bringing me back to reality..
"Thomas.. What the Bloody Hell is going on?" I know that voice.. Newt..
I look over and see Newt, Minho, Mitch, Hope, Brenda, Jorge and (Y/N)..
Before I can even say anything I feel a pair of small hands wrap around my legs.. I look down and see (Y/N)..
"Hey Little Light." She giggles at the nickname I give her..
She looks at me and points toward Silver.. "Bad People." She says only loud enough for me and Mitch to hear.
We look at each other wondering what does (Y/N) means by Silver being bad?.. We all stand around still waiting to see whoever will come off the Berg..
Good or Bad?
Finally it happens the door of the Berg opens.. I push (Y/N) behind me but still keep her close..
I'm Stunned at Who exits the Berg..
First is a wicked soldier I recognize from my time at Wicked..
The wicked soldier is Tyler but he seems different for some reason I can't explain it..
The next person that exits the Berg is someone we all thought was dead..
The man exits the Berg looks around and smirks then says to everyone..
"Well this is were you have been hiding out.. he then looks around again with that same evil smirk and continues..
We can salvage a few subjects even our favorite candidates no less the ones who refuse to cooperate..
I look at the man who put my friends and (Y/N) through SHUCKING hell from the maze to the scorch and taking all my memories away..
I keep (Y/N) hidden as I approach..
"How the Shuck did you find this place Ratman? How the Shuck Are you alive that helicopter was completely destroyed?" I ask him the anger still boiling.
He looks at me continuing to smirk..
"Thomas it's amazing what Wicked can fake especially with a helicopter crash.. making your friends believe I was dead.. when in reality I had miraculously survived without a scratch on me.. He says still smirking at all of us.
Minho walks up to me and wishpers "I'm going to smack that smirk off his Shuck Ratface."
It's almost like Ratman heard Minho because of what he says next...
"Thomas I would make sure you have a hold on your friend or else."
I look over at him again still fumming with rage.. "Or else what?" I ask..
He gives a quick nod and I don't even see it happen.. all I need to bring me back is to hear her voice.. (Y/N'S) voice..
Y/N'S (POV)
"TOMMY!" I scream! I feel a hand grab me and feel a needle close to my neck..
I look over at Tommy he's really mad.. I glance next to the lady who has me and then I see the wicked soldier not moving.. I then see Ratman..
Ratman is alive and this time he's going to succeed in getting us both.. I'm never going to see any of the gladers again..
Thomas's (POV)
I look to see who grabbed (Y/N) so fast..
It was Silver..
The girl I kissed, the girl I have NO I had feelings for but NOT anymore..
"Why?" I ask her. Not wanting to make any sudden movements fearing she would plunge the needle into (Y/N'S) neck..
Silver looks at me and laughs"Thomas are you asking me.. Why I'm siding with Wicked?"
I can't speak.. "Yeah shuckface. That's what he's asking." Minho chimes in anger lasing his voice.
Silver chuckles this time.. "Well when you and (Y/N) came to Lawrence's Camp I knew I had to keep you close.. that is until (Y/N) got sick from that mysterious fever again."
I look at her furious "Did you make her sick while we were at Lawrence's Camp?"
"Wow. Look at Thomas with all the questions. You are correct.. I had to separate you from each other."
"So just before the flower field I snuck into (Y/N'S) room and gave her good dose of Wicked's Fever medicine." "But then you had to go and give her a full vial of your blood and cure her?"
She says gritting her teeth in anger still holding (Y/N).
"Why did you do it?" I ask her.
Silver looks at me and replies
"Because she was getting in the way. Of you and me being together."
I look at her shocked.. "So you drugged
(Y/N) to get her out of the way?" I ask her furious
She looked panicked as if she wasn't sure what to say next..
I look at her and say "Silver just Let (Y/N) Go. We can still be friends.
We can figure this out." I tell her.
She looks at me and says "No Thomas you will always choose her!"
I see NO Light or kindness in Silver's eyes and then it happens.. she plunges the needle into (Y/N'S) neck..
