Thomas's (POV)
Charlie walks off probably to find Tyler and catch up considering they haven't seen each other in years..
I decided to take a walk to clear my head. I end up finding Minho along with Newt they want to know what Charlie said to me so I tell them everything about how Charlie, Tyler, and Hope know each other and how their Maze was the first Maze way before ours.. and they both looked just as shocked as I was when I learned the news..
Then Newt asks a question "Thomas. Are you sure we can trust Charlie?"
I look at him confused "I mean he's Tyler and Hope's best friend and right now that's good enough for me." I tell him..
Newt nods understanding..
Charlie's (POV)
"Wow. Fooling those kids worked out better than I thought. Now if I can find the little girl I will complete my mission."
I walk off like I'm going to go talk to Tyler but I duck behind a tree and take the back way to the medjack hut where I know (Y/N) is recovering..
I arrive and enter seeing NO ONE in the room but (Y/N) asleep on a cot..
"Perfect."I tell myself as I pull out a needle filled with special liquid to fully active (Y/N) and Thomas's special connection..
"Wicked will win! Sorry Thomas but your Light Little has to be put out!" I say. As I move the needle toward
(Y/N).
Thomas's (POV)
I suddenly get a feeling.
"(Y/N)! She's in danger!" I say running toward the medjack hut. Not feeling my feet touch the ground as I run toward the medjack hut..
I throw open the door and see Charlie with a Needle in his hand and moving it towards (Y/N'S) neck.
"What are you doing!?" I yell.
"You're not going to stop us! Thomas WICKED will win and your Little Light will go out for good!" He tells me.
"So you lied about everything?" I ask.
He laughs. "Silver was right you are smart. Yes I lied about being in the maze with Tyler and Hope but I didn't lie about knowing them."
I watch (Y/N) stir in her sleep.. afraid she will move the wrong way..
Then I get an idea.. I close my eyes and concentrate focusing...
(Y/N) listen you need to stay still another one of Wicked's bad people is after us but don't worry I'll protect you always.. my Little Light..
I open my eyes and look at Charlie he looks at me and asks "Why did you have your eyes closed?"
"I was calming myself down because what you are doing well I want to punch you in your Shuck face." Charlie laughs again..
"Thomas there's only one way this will end?" He tells me.
I look at the back of the tent and see two shadows it's Mitch and Tyler..
"Oh really. And how's it going to end ?" I say watching them as they move to the opening of medjack hut.
"I will activate (Y/N'S) special connection and Wicked wins that simple." He tells me.
"Like I'm going to let you lay a SHUCKING hand on her! I yell.
And that's when everything goes nuts.
Mitch and Tyler rush in and take Charlie out.. fists fly, feet kick..
I rush over and grab (Y/N)...
I look down at (Y/N) she's still sleeping. Hope rushes in and takes
(Y/N) from my arms..
I'm suddenly hit with a blast of pain that sends me to my knees..
"Thomas what's wrong?" Newt asks..
"I don't know." I say..
I then look down and that's when I notice it the needle that Charlie had minutes early is in my arm..
Mitch is by my side glaring at Charlie "What was in that needle?"
Charlie laughs and his response sends my blood cold.. "I told you I would get rid of your Little Light. I never said I would harm the little girl."
"Oh and there's NO CURE for what I injected into your friend." Charlie tells us..
I can feel myself fading.. The last thing I see before my world fades into darkness is "Tyler punching Charlie."
And then everything goes to black..
