The day of our audition, we were all very nervous. I woke up early to practice extra and because I just couldn't sleep any longer. We did have other auditions planed at other companies, but this one was our top choice so I was very nervous.

Mi Kyung called while I was having breakfast.

"Hey, I don't have much time and I'm sure you don't either but I just wanted to call to wish you and the others luck at your auditions. I'm sure you all will be amazing!"

"Thank you!" the members spoke from where they were in the kitchen.

"Thank you so much and I hope your day goes well! I love you." I said.

There was a chorus of awws from the members and we laughed.

Later that morning, we got texts from Songz, Dae Seong and the rest of the members of JOIN. Zera and Cole wished Junsu luck and Chin Sun called Zeke. My brother called as well.

We truly felt like we weren't alone and we had people who cared and were cheering us on. It helped me feel a lot better.

Arriving at the auditions, there was a long wait and although we were wearing masks, people recognized us. Many just wished us luck and we did the same but a couple tried asking for autographs. There was always going to be people who just didn't know when was and wasn't the right time and we had accepted it long ago. We signed their shirts and hats and then returned to our quiet conversations. As much as I didn't want to think about it, this reminded me a lot of when I auditioned to Style. Usually, I find comfort in familiarity, but not this, so I directed my thoughts to other things.

When it was finally my turn, I took a deep breath and stepped into the room.

The whole thing went by like a blur. It was over so fast I didn't even get the chance to look around. I joined up with the other members not long after, since I had been the last to audition. They all looked very tired but had large smiles on their faces.

"I think it went well, what about you guys?" Owen asked, excitement clear in his voice.

"I think it went well too" I replied.

The following days we practiced and were fully back to a set schedule, one that included more time to sleep and less stress.

Each time the phone rang, we ran to it in hopes that it was good news.

The calls finally came two weeks later.

First, Siwoo got a call. He had been accepted. After that, one or two members would get a call every day until we had all got the full news. We were all accepted. Zeke set up a meeting so that we could discuss everything. He said we would be meeting with the ceo of TD Entertainment since he wanted to meet us in person which got us very excited. A meeting would be a good thing since we would be able to get a feel for what type of person he was. We had already done a lot of research about him. We wanted to make sure this was the best decision.

The day of the meeting quickly approached and arrived so quickly we barely had time to be anxious. We woke up early and got dressed in nice clothing. We wanted to make a good impression.

Entering the room where we were meeting mr. Ahn, we noticed a man sitting at the table. He had a mug in front of him and I smelled coffee.

He stood up when we walked in and greeted us.

"Hello, my name is Ahn Su Oh, nice to meet you."

He stepped forward to the closest member and went to shake Junsu's hand. It was a simple action, something normal and perhaps even automatic for him. But for us it was different.
