Until Forever Falls Apart

We all made our way out into the room. I noticed a small fire that had started in the fire pit. 

"Guys, I think Roxie started a bonfire for us." I said.

Before anyone said anything I ran out side and sat down. The others followed slowly and Ben came and sat next to me.

"OOh we should have someone tell a scary story!" Sammy says.

"I'll do it." Darius says. "okay ready everyone?"

"Yeah" everyone responds.

"No." Ben whispers to me holding my hand.

"We thought it'd be fun." Darius starts.

"we thought we'd be safe, but... we didn't realize the... horror waiting for us on the island. Claws, teeth, screaming, so much screaming." Darius says.

"H-how much screaming?" Ben asks whimpering.

"Shh, he's getting to the good part." Kenji says giving Ben a dirty look.

I make a mean look right back at him.

"The T. Rex stalked closer, her jaws opened wide-" Darius says then suddenly getting cut off by Brooklynn and her phone. 

"What? HUh?" Kenji says surprised.

"For the vlog, keep telling your little story." Brooklynn tells him.

Darius sighs.

"Y/n I don't really like this... can we leave?" Ben whispers in my ear.

I nodded and stood up, Ben followed with his hand in mine. We glided back  into the room slowly. We both kept glancing at one another. 

"Um do you uh, want to..." Ben started

"Yes" I say leading out the open door.

We both ran so fast down the hill. I tripped and fell causing me to roll down the hill.

"Y/N ARE YOU OKAY??!!" Ben screamed.

I start laughing which makes Ben smile. He walks down the the end of the hill and offers his hand to me. I take it and we start off to the woods. We make our way through the trees. I hear a small noise from behind me. I look and its Olive, she had been following us into the woods. I pat my leg and she comes running up to me and Ben. Me and Ben were holding hands and our hips where close to one another. Olive runs in between us and starts rubbing her head on both me and Ben's knee. I glance at Ben who has a huge smile.

"Look, I told you that she would warm up to you." I said.

"I guess you were right." Ben says leaning in giving me a kiss on the cheek.

I turn bright red and put my hand on my cheek. I have this awfully weird smile on my face. I grip Ben's hand tighter and I take off running with him in hand. We make it out to this huge field. There are Parasaurolophus, Ankylosaurus, and Brachiosaurus. We walk out slowly and sit down in the field looking at one another. Olive sits in between both of us. I rest my head on Ben's shoulder. I let out a loud yawn and Ben yawns as well. Somewhere along the way we end up laying down in the field. 

"Goodnight Ben." I say looking at his face and returning the kiss right between his eyes.

He squeezes me tighter and we both fall asleep with Olive in between us.

Time skip----- Next morning.

A parasaurolophus lets out a small roar. I blink awake still in Ben's arms. I look down at Olive who had moved her head which is now resting on my hip. It's about 6 in the morning, we don't leave until 7. We still have time to make it back to camp before anyone realizes that we were gone. I shake Ben gently awake.

"Hmmm, Oh, Good morning Y/n." Ben says still sleepily.

"We have to go back to camp before anyone realizes we left last night." I say hurrily.

He nods his head and we both get up. I grab Olive in my arms and we start walking up the hill. Olive is surprisingly light. Ben puts his arm around my shoulder and I lean my head on his shoulder. We start up the hill and walk to the elevator. We make it up into the room and we both walk towards the bunks. Suddenly the lights flip on.

What the?

Kenji reveals himself on the top of one of the bunks with a huge smile on his face. Everyone was awake which was odd we still had 30 minutes until we needed to get up. Brooklynn was standing at the lights.

"Sooooo, how did you guys sleep?" Brooklynn prys.

"um" I say.

"We could see everything." Kenji says pointing out the window.

I look out and I can see the empty field and where we both laid last night. I set Olive down who sits right at my feet looking up at me.

"The r-real question is how d-did you guys sleep." Ben says nervously.

"We didn't we stayed up watching you two." Kenji says pointing two fingers at us both.

"Jeez, what happened to privacy." I say under my breath making Ben laugh.

"Okay kiddos, let's go...es." Dave says arriving at the door.

Everyone takes off down to the elevator, we make our way to the back of the jeep and buckle in. The jeep starts, off we go.
