"I have to go..."
"Wait! Now? But we need to figure this out, Hope! Your a Parselmouth, that could mean something!" Hermione exclaimed.
"Exactly," said Ron. "And now the whole school's going to think that you and Harry are his great-great-great-great-grandson or something -"
"There going to think that Harry is his great-great-great-great-grandson or something not me. And I have to figure something out on my own."
"What do you have to figure out that can't be shared with us?" Ron said. Hope could tell that Ron was pretty ticked that Hope wouldn't tell them what is going on. I can't tell them about my Demi-God side of me. Hope thought.
Hermione's POV
Hope was acting strange. Although she was in much better condition, and was eating, she still seemed very secretive and she was definitely hiding something. It confused me to no end.
I started really noticing it when every essay that she would write would be in some language that I've never have seen before, and every book she read was in the same language. It was odd really.
"have you guys noticed that Hope has always been secretive. But lately even more so?"
"If you ask me it is very rude and unacceptable!" Ron exclaimed. Ron was obviously upset and very angry at Hope. "Maybe we should go and check and see what she is doing, that is so secretive that she can't even tell us!"
"So you mean spying on her?" I said.
"Yep, that is exactly what I mean."
"Let's go then." Harry said. And they both were starting to walk out the door.
"you guys are going to be the death of me someday." I mumbled. But I fallowed them any way.
We soon caught up to Hope, and noticed her looking around for something in the corridor. "Quickly, hide behind this." Harry whispered. We all hid behind the wall, and looking past and saw Hope run into Professor Dumbledore.
"Oh sorry." Hope muttered. She then looked up and noticed that it was the headmaster. "Actually professor, you are the person I need to see. It's about my dad."
"Okay. What is it?"
"Well I was wondering what house my father was in... Well because I found something... I- ummm... I-I-"
"It's okay Hope you can tell me."
"I'm a Parselmouth. And my dad... was he a descendant of Slytherin? And my mom she is, you know, a goddess... so she is obviously not a descendant of Slytherin. By the way which goddess is my mom? Oh And I just want to know because if I am I have to triple make sure that everything that I do is good and not evil. Would I turn evil? I mean I don't want to be.. but-"
"Hope I will answer your questions the best I can. Your father was a descendant of Slytherin, and his house was Slytherin. But Hope just because your father is a death eater and is a very bad person doesn't mean you have to be. All those bruises and scars that he has inflicted on you means something Hope. Your different from all your descendants, and Jack McBride isn't worthy to call you his daughter. Your brilliant just like your mother."
Hope quickly hugged the headmaster. "Thank you." She whispered.
"Hope about your mother... I can't tell you which Greek goddess she is. She will claim you when the time comes. Hopefully it won't be while your at school." The headmaster softly smiled at Hope. "But I think you should you go to your friends, there around the corner waiting for you."
AN-- So I just realized that I forgot that I didn't publish this chapter. :( Oops
