I woke up the next morning in my guest room. I thought Daniel would be next to me but he wasn't. "That's right he did say he had to go on tour today" I said to myself.

I got up straightened the bed back up and walked to my room. I took my phone off the charger. seeing my text message box pop up with a message from "HIM"

Hey Lexi,

Sorry I didn't wake you before I left, you were just sleeping so good. I made sure to lock your bottom lock before leaving. You should be in your room by now so, go to the bathroom.

I got up and went to the bathroom to see a bubble bath awaiting me. I smiled from the sight.

I ran you a hot bubble bath, it might not be too hot depending on what time you got up oh, and I put some aspirin on the side of the tub with a cup of water for you just in case you had a head ache. I'm off to tour now so I'll talk to you later, and when I get back maybe we can talk more about your daughter and one day hopefully soon I can get to meet her. I can't wait to meet a little you! Lol but I'll see you when I get back or facetime me or something.

After reading the message I stripped down and got in the bath letting my body relax after taking the aspirin. I let my playlist from my phone linger in the bathroom until it began to ring. I looked at the call coming through as it read Onika. Hesitantly I answered, "hi Nicki"

"ALEXIS I NEED YOU NOW, MAKE YOUR WAY TO ############ WITHIN THE NEXT FIFTEEN MINUTES! " she yelled through the receiver before hanging up. Ugh so much for relaxing!

I hurriedly bathed myself and got out the tub. I threw on my regular. Hot pink leggings, white sneaker hills and a overly big white off the shoulder sweater. I put my black jacket and scarf on grabbing my keys and sunglasses making my way to the door but not before grabbing my lenses off the table then leaving out the door.

On my way to Onika I go!

"Hi Nicki where do I set up?" I asked rushing through the door.

"You're late!" She spat at me with an attitude. I looked at the clock and I was one minute late.

"Safari show her where to set up please" she demanded her longtime boyfriend. He walked me through the studio as I followed.

"She's wasn't always this demanding ya know! " he spoke. I didn't say anything I just followed.

"She use to be the sweetest girl before the fame " he continued. The look in his face said it all. He looked as though he was hurt, as though he missed Onika Miraj The girl he use to know. To be honest I felt sorry for the poor guy dealing with a star such as Nick had to be a lot to take on.

"Welp I wish I could have met that person. I only got a glimpse of her. " I said unpacking my bag.

"Look in the mirror beautiful " he said.

"What do you mean? " I asked pausing.

"I mean she was just like you." He slowly walked up to me as he spoke.

"Young, hungry,determined,humble,beautiful but most of all-" he paused after he stood directly in front of me. "Herself" he said in a whisper. He leaned down to kiss me but I stopped him by moving back and clearing my throat.

"Um I better get to work, thanks for showing me but I have to set up" I spoke in a soft tone.

"Thank you... Alexis "he said before walking away with s smirk on his face.

Once I was done shooting "the devil in the blue dress "(Onika) . I hurriedly packed my things got my check and left I've had enough of her for today.

When I made it home I took me another hot bubble bath being able to relax this time! My phone rang again.

"Oh my" I said but my pouting face turned into a smile after seeing HIM pop up on my screen. He was facetiming me. "Hi Daniel" I answered.

"Lexi what are you up to? " he asked with that big bright smile on his face.

"Nothing just got in from shooting with miss minaj herself " I said turning my nose up.

"It was that bad huh? "

"The bad part is her boyfriend tried to kiss me today! "

"Woah! "

"Right tell me about it. I think I'm going to just quit working with her all together, I have enough clients rich, wealthy and middle class to keep my coins up! "

"Just give it one more try and if it doesn't work leave,but before leaving tell her how you feel. She calls you for a reason and that reason is because you're the best at what you do. She needs you remember that." He spoke, his words meant everything to me right now.

"Thanks Daniel, if this photography stuff doesn't work out I'm buying me a huge house that sits on an acre of land and starting me a farm with a barn and everything! " I joked causing him to laugh.

"Ok ole Mcdonald! "

"But enough of me, how is everything going so far?"

"Everything is cool so far on the road, we just made it out of New York almost an hour ago so just waiting for my first stop I forgot where that is but so far so good."

"Ok that's cool-"

"Wait Alexis! " he said cutting me off.

"What? "

"Are you in the tub?"

"Oh yea, I am aren't I? I totally forgot wow I'll call you back once I get out of here alrighty bye! " I hung up .

"Dang it!" I said to myself. I honestly forgot I was in the tub and I had the nerve to answer a video call!
