I've lived enough to see you start and branch off into your career, I've lived to see you give me a grandchild, and I've lived to see you become a great young woman that I'm proud to call my daughter. I heard Ms.Howard talking to Alexis as I got closer to the room.

Alexis chuckled through her cries.
