I pace back and forth in my room for the tenth time now. I glance at my duffel bag and my heart pounded. I bit my finger and it's been two hours since I've heard Cole's voice over the phone. I just can't calm down and rushed to pack my things once Cole told me he has been decided to take me to Scotland with him.

I'm going crazy. I'm nervous and excited at the same time.

It's been 3 days since Vince's farewell party and since then, I've been waiting for Cole's response in secret. It's just later today he has said something.

"Jess, babe... Will you go to Scotland with me?"

Were his words. It feels like he was proposing and I stammered, I was overjoyed and... And it was a very wonderful feeling. I said yes and he said we're leaving tomorrow and now I'm shaking on what dresses to pack, without knowing how many days we'd spend there.

It's not a hot afternoon but I'm sweating too much from excitement. I tie my hair in a bun and start digging from my closet of any best dress I can ever find in my whole life. Once I'm done (finally, after 2 more hours), I decided to go downstairs and eat dinner.

"Enjoy your vacation." Mom filled the silence. I have no idea where and from whom did she get the news from, but according from her smirk, I think I know now. "Have you already told Harry about it?"

I munch on my food. "I haven't. I'll message him later." Sadly, I won't be able to spend my break with Harry before he leaves but I know we'd see each other again by winter so I think he'll be fine.

She nod and we continued eating. Dad's quiet as usual and looks like he didn't care at all, but I know for sure that mom already told him about it. And besides, it's Scotland. It's a great place (coming from his mouth), and very near if he wants me to come home right away.

Dinner was finished early and I went back to my room. I have done packing everything and I only have to wait for tomorrow. Cole's busy tonight and said he won't be able to call again so I decided to sleep early to reserve my energy. He must be finishing all his works to be able to make this happen and he's gonna be sleepless when the sun comes up.

But shit happens. I can't sleep.

What's wrong with me? I'm getting restless too and anxious. Who will I meet there? I'm ready to meet them but are they...ready to meet me? I can't imagine their faces—aside from the fact I haven't really seen them—well, except from Olivia and mini Olivia (Astrid). I rolled on my bed and tried opening the windows to let the cold air in and refresh me but when I went back to bed, my phone lights up.

It's a message from Vince.

From: Powers
I'm leaving tomorrow. Can we meet? I don't want my day to be ruined, but oh well.

The timing is always wrong. But...if Cole arrives here at night, I guess I can see Vince in the morning before he leaves.

To: Powers
That's really sweet of you. Atleast tell me where you'd study, you dumbass :P That way, I can bomb your location easily. You're welcome.

He replied right away. In which he usually don't—except when he needs something from me that bad.

From: Powers
Sure, bomb it all you want.

Cool, but something's getting weird again. On our conversations, Vince just don't back down this easily but rather wants to insult and tease me until he disappears so I waited for about 3 minutes. When nothing followed his message, I just replied;

To: Powers
Okay? Thanks. See you tomorrow then Powers. Finally, tomorrow's gonna be the last day I'd see your face.

What time and where we'd meet anyway?
