Angel found herself getting more and more tense the longer the night went on and on. Her brothers and the others hadn't come back and neither had Ace or any of the cobras. What if they got in a fight and hell broke lose? She knew her brother's gang were capable of causing real damage and from what she could gather Ace's was too.
It got darker and darker as the hours ticked by yet none returned home.
Until she'd had enough.
Jumping off her bed she slipped a hoodie and some of her brothers tracksuit bottoms and her trainers on and grabbed her pillows laying them on the bed and loosely draping the blanket over them so they made a rough shape of a body before she slowly crept out of her room.
Edging her way down the stairs she heard the faint sound of Knuckles asleep in the living room. Poking her head in she saw he was indeed fast asleep half on, half off the sofa.
In seconds she was by the front door and with all the stealth she could manage she snuck out, steadily pulling the door shut behind her.
In no extra time she was heading back down towards Irbys. Pulling her hood up she almost skipped her way along.
Yet just as the bar came into view she quickly ducked back into an alley. The cobras followed by the constrictors walked out. Angel took a risk at peeking out from her spot across the road and was somewhat surprised to see them actually talking to each other, she even heard her brother laugh.
Her eyes rolled, alcohol. However what really caught her attention was Ace, he grabbed Eyeball's arm, whispered something in his ear and took off in the opposite direction.
Angel watched as Ace began walking away from both gangs, who attempted to begin their drunken stumbles home.
Angel glanced between him and the gangs as she thought it over to herself, before she almost laughed at herself. Of course she was going to follow him.
Waiting until the others had stumbled far enough away, she quickly moved back out onto the Main Street. Tugging her hood up further onto her head she shoved a hand in her hoodie pocket and one in her back, feeling the sharp wire.
It didn't take her too long to catch up with Ace as she kept a steady distance. Watching as he lit a cigarette and continued walking along, glancing left and right.
He quickly turned a corner and Angel almost jogged to try turn it too.
Yet just as she did she felt her hoodie being grabbed and next thing she knew she was slammed against the wall. Hard. A sharp point suddenly going into her side.
"Motberfuck-" she started as she was quickly released, her hood falling from her head.
"Angel?!"
"Ace?!"
Their names came in sync as he looked down at her in disbelief.
"The fuck were you following me for?!" He snapped as she saw him put away his blade.
"The fuck you grab me for?! Jesus! I'm sure the other girls love it but me? Not a fan!" Angel snapped in retaliation as she brushed her hoodie down and straightened herself up.
"Seriously? You were fucking following me!" Ace snarled out as he glared down at her.
"Well snap now we're even!" She bit back.
Ace growled. "I was helping you not get lost earlier, in case you didn't know I don't need a fucking guide."
Angel was about to retaliate when she heard another voice unknown to her.
