Today I'm going on a plane for the first time, it's weird that in my whole 20 years of living I've never been but I just never had the chance to...until today

Billie, my girlfriend of two years, is going on tour and after a lot of begging she finally convinced me to come, I would have come to all her other tours but my fear of planes came in the way and I just couldn't put myself to do it but I really wanted to support Billie so I decided I'm gonna face my fears

We're sitting down waiting to board, my legs are shaking, I'm biting my nails while playing with my promise ring Billie gave me with my other hand

" 𝗜𝘀 𝗶𝘁 𝗵𝗼𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲? 𝗜 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸 𝗶𝘁'𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗵𝗼𝘁 " I ask as I start to sweat

" 𝗡𝗼...𝗶𝘁'𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗮𝘀 𝗳𝘂𝗰𝗸, 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗼𝗸𝗮𝘆 𝗟𝘂𝘃? " Billie responded

" 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗵 𝗜'𝗺 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗲 " I say trynna sound brave, unfortunately, my shaky voice gave it away

                              ✈︎ 𝙾𝙽 𝚃𝙷𝙴 𝙿𝙻𝙰𝙽𝙴 ✈︎

" 𝘄𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗴𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗮 𝗱𝗶𝗲, 𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻'𝘁 𝘄𝗲? " I ask Billie nervously as the plane hit a little turbulence

" 𝗕𝗮𝗯𝘆 𝗶𝘁'𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝗻𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗹, 𝘄𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗴𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗮 𝗯𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗜 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗶𝘀𝗲 " She grabs my hand stroking it with her thumb softly sending chills all over my body

I lay my head on her shoulders and try to take deep breaths

" 𝗜 𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗕𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗲, 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗺𝗲 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹 𝘀𝗮𝗳𝗲 " I say looking up at her

" 𝗜 𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲, 𝗜,𝗹𝗹 𝗮𝗹𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 " she kisses my forehead then my lips, I place my head back on her shoulders and fall asleep

Throughout the whole plane ride, Billie made me feel calm and I was no longer nervous, all because of my beautiful Luv
