I begged and pleaded, on my knees but she still wouldn't give in " 𝗬/𝗻 𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗲𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲, 𝗜'𝗹𝗹 𝗱𝗼 𝗮𝗻𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴! "

" 𝗕𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗲, 𝗡𝗼 𝘄𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗴𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗱𝗼𝗴, 𝗹𝗲𝘁 𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗮 𝗽𝘂𝗽𝗽𝘆, 𝘄𝗲 𝗮𝗹𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗸 " Y/n said sternly

I had been bothering her this whole week to get a puppy, but of course, she always has to come up with reasonable reasons why we can't get one but I don't give a fuck about that, I want a puppy!

I sighed in frustration, how was I gonna convince her?

I woke up to an empty bed, I look around noticing the bathroom light was on, she was probably taking a shower

I get up walking to the kitchen to attempt to make her favorite breakfast

𝐾𝑒𝑦𝑤𝑜𝑟𝑑: Attempt, so hopefully I don't kill my girlfriend

With my luck I actually did a pretty good job, placing the food on a tray, I make my way upstairs slowly making sure not to drop or spill anything, I open the room door and see Y/n getting ready for the day

" 𝗛𝗲𝘆 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘁𝘁𝘆 𝗹𝗮𝗱𝘆 "

" 𝗛𝗲𝘆 𝗹𝗼𝘃- 𝙤𝙝, 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀? " She said looking at me suspiciously

" 𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩?! 𝗜 𝗰𝗮𝗻'𝘁 𝗱𝗼 𝗮 𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗴𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗺𝘆
𝗴𝗶𝗿𝗹𝗳𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗱? " I say acting offended

" 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗵 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗮𝗻, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝘁'𝘀 𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗲, 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝘄𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗴𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗽𝘂𝗽𝗽𝘆 "

I see her stare at my face blankly then sigh " 𝗼𝗸𝗮𝘆 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗕𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗲, 𝘄𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝗮 𝗽𝘂𝗽𝗽𝘆 " She said knowing I wasn't gonna give up anytime soon

A smile grows wide on my face jumping into y/n arms thanking her with kisses

" 𝙏𝙃𝘼𝙉𝙆 𝙔𝙊𝙐! 𝙏𝙃𝘼𝙉𝙆 𝙔𝙊𝙐! 𝙏𝙃𝘼𝙉𝙆 𝙔𝙊𝙐! "

" 𝗢𝗳 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲 𝗯𝗮𝗯𝘆, 𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝗵𝘂𝗿𝗿𝘆 𝘂𝗽 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆 𝗯𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗜 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝗺𝘆 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱 " I zoom to the bathroom, getting ready as quickly as I can

" 𝗢𝗵 𝗺𝘆 𝗴𝗼𝗱, 𝗵𝗲'𝘀 𝘀𝗼 𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗲 " I said pointing at the small pitbull

" 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗵𝗶𝗺? " Y/n asked

I examine the dog, going into deep thought and after 5 seconds and cute puppy eyes I nod excitedly

We tell the worker and do all the boring paperwork, that lasted way too long for my liking. After the unnamed puppy was handed to us we shop around the store for the essentials we need for him

☆ 𝚃𝙸𝙼𝙴 𝚂𝙺𝙸𝙿 ☆

" 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗸 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗵𝗶𝗺? " I ask Y/n nervously

" 𝗜 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸 𝗵𝗲'𝗹𝗹 𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗵𝗶𝗺 𝗕𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗲, 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 " She reassured me

Walking into the house we are met with a very excited dog

" 𝗢𝗸𝗮𝘆 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗸 𝘀𝗶𝘁 " I demand, he does as I say waiting there patiently

We pull our new puppy from behind Y/n and show Shark, at first he was confused but after sniffing him and doing whatever the fuck dogs do, he seemed to warm up to him

While we watch them play together, I lay my head on my girlfriend's shoulders " 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝘄𝗲 𝗻𝗮𝗺𝗲
𝗵𝗶𝗺? " I asked

" 𝙐𝙢𝙢𝙢...𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁...𝙊𝙐𝙐𝙐 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗕𝗶𝘁𝗲? " I look at her and burst out laughing

" 𝗕𝗶𝘁𝗲? 𝘄𝗵𝘆 𝘄𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝘄𝗲 𝗻𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝗵𝗶𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁? " I laughed

" 𝗕𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗸 𝗕𝗶𝘁𝗲, 𝘄𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱𝗻'𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗯𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗼𝗹! "

" 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗵 𝗺𝗮𝘆𝗯𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗕𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 "

" 𝗢𝗸𝗮𝘆, 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁...𝗔𝘁𝘁𝗮𝗰𝗸! " I look at her with a blank face

" ...𝗢𝗸𝗮𝘆 𝘄𝗲'𝗹𝗹 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝘁 " she said letting go of those ridiculous names, I lay my head back on her shoulders while we both sat in brief comfortable silence

" 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗸 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗹𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗲 𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗽𝘂𝗽𝗽𝘆 " I said breaking the silence
