Chapter 37

Chen Zhang enter the meeting room and saw some foreign people inside, Wang Yi is serious when she saw Chen Zhang entering, she say, "You're late." Wang Yi said with a serious expression and a cold voice, "Sorry, President Wang.. I didn't saw the time." Chen Zhang apologize at her but Wang Yi coldly roll her eyes of annoyance.

Chen Zhang put her documents in the table and get her laptop in her laptop bag, she open it and connect it to the projector.

"Should I start?" Chen Zhang asked with a smile, "What else do you think?" Wang Yi said with a cold voice, Chen Zhang just awkwardly smile and the room was filled with an awkward situation.

Chen Zhang show them her plan and remember something.

"President, do they understand English?" She asked, Wang Yi is so annoyed at her, "Of course they do." She said and stop herself to be angry.

Chen Zhang awkwardly nod and just start the meeting.

And 1 hour later, The meeting ended and the foreigners agree to sign the contract. Chen Zhang was so happy to hear that.

They stand up and Wang Yi shake hands with them, "Thank you so much." Wang Yi said and the foreigners just nod and go out of the meeting room.

Wang Yi coldly look at Chen Zhang and Chen Zhang show a wide smile and thumbs up in front of her, Wang Yi roll her eyes and leave the meeting room. Chen Zhang just sigh and kept all her documents and close her laptop.

Wang Yi head back to her office and saw Shen Mengyao and Yuan Yiqi sleeping in the sofa.

She didn't disturb them and get her cellphone in the top of her table and call someone.

"Hello? Detective Jiang.. Can you check Chen Zhang's background." She said with a cold voice and a cold expression.

Chen Zhang stay in her computer to finish the remaining files that Wang Yi gave her, Zhang Yueming arrive and saw her, still working.

"Sister Zhang Zhang, why I haven't seen you in lunch?" She asked with a normal voice and sit down in her chair to open her computer.

"No, I already ate." Chen Zhang said with a pale smile, she know that she haven't eat anything yet but since the contract is important to her, she have to finish the work that Wang Yi gave her.

1 day later

In the CZ company | G city

Chen Ke is done with her documents and stretch her body because of tiredness, her mom enter and show a lunchbox.

"Mom? What are you doing here?" She asked and approach her mother, and kiss her cheek. "Chen Ke, I'm just worried you haven't eat yet, so I brought you a food." She said and smile widely to Chen Ke.

"Mom, you don't have to. But I'll eat it." She said and accept the lunchbox, "Ke Ke.. When will Yueming and Zhang Zhang going home?" She asked.

"Ahm.. Chen Zhang told me that they haven't done yet.. They're trying to get the Wang Yi's signature and they'll take it as a challenge." She explain and close her laptop.

"Ke Ke, if you have time.. Let's visit them in S city." She said and Chen Ke agree to her, "Okay.. But not now mom, I hope you can understand?" She said and her mom smile widely, "Of course.. I'm fine with that." She said and embrace Chen Ke.

(Back to Chen Zhang)

Chen Zhang didn't notice that Zhang Yueming fall asleep in her chair, she's still busy on typing and finally, she's finally done.

She stretch her body and saw Zhang Yueming, sleeping. She didn't just disturb her and go to the office kitchen to make a coffee.

She felt so sleepy and she saw the clock in the wall, she saw that it's already 8:50 pm. She sigh and prepare herself for the meeting in 9 pm.

She finish drinking her coffee and go to the meeting room, she saw Shen Mengyao, Yuan Yiqi and Wang Yi talking to each other.

"Ma'am, should we start the meeting?" Chen Zhang asked with a normal expression, Wang Yi sigh and say, "Go home.. The meeting is canceled." She said with a cold voice.

Shen Mengyao smile and look at her, "I know you're tired. So go home and rest." She said with a normal voice, "Sister, kindly come back here at 5 am." Yuan Yiqi remind.

Chen Zhang bow and say, "Thank you." She said and leave.

Zhang Yueming kept all her things and saw Chen Zhang get out of the meeting room, she approach her and say, "Let's go home?" She asked with a tired voice.

Chen Zhang walk and suddenly lost her balance, luckily Zhang Yueming catch her in time.

"Sister, are you alright?" She asked and a little bit worried, Chen Zhang nod her head and show a pale smile, "I'm fine.. Let's go home." She said and get her bag.

Zhang Yueming and Chen Zhang go out of the office.

"Yi Yi, what now?" Shen Mengyao asked.

"The information will arrive tomorrow, so I suggest that all of us should go home and rest." Wang Yi said with a cold voice, "But what will you do, if she's really isn't sister Zhou Zhou?" Yuan Yiqi asked.

"If the information confirm that she's really Chen Zhang, I won't easily believe it. Papers can be manipulated."

Shen Mengyao and Yuan Yiqi agree to it, but Yiqi is still doubting about Wang Yi's plan. But since she know Wang Yi that she'll never hurt Chen Zhang, she ignore it for a while.
