Lucy POV
Who was this stranger hugging me out of nowhere and calling me love?
"Who.. Who are you?" I asked nervously, trying to pull out of his grasp.
He looked at me funnily, as if he was asking me if I was kidding.
I remembered that boys you didn't know hugging you was dangerous, and that was common sense.
"Lucy?" he asked me, hurt. "Can't you remember me?"
"I.. I'm sorry," I apologized, although I did not know what I was apologizing for. "I don't know who you are,"
A doctor was inspecting the both of us, the strange boy and I.
"Ms. Carlyle," he said in a professional tone. "Do you remember anything before the accident?"
"Accident?" I asked wondrously. "I don't remember any accident,"
"Anything before it also," the doctor said, trying to make me remember. What I supposedly forgot.
"No,"
"Then what do you remember?" He asked. The boy who hugged me as soon as I woke up was just staring blankly into nothing. What did I do to make him sad? Or was it mad?
"I know the fact that I am Lucy Carlyle, 19 years old, a citizen of England and I lived with my friend."
"Anything after that?"
"I don't remember anything," I said.
"Do you remember the friend's name?" the doctor asked, hopeful that I would be able to answer this time.
"Yes.. surprisingly, I can." I trailed, making the now crying boy's head shoot up to look at me with wide eyes. "His name was- I mean is Scorpius Malfoy,"
The boy's shriek could be heard around the hospital.
The doctor requested to speak with the strange boy privately so I was left alone for a while.
Before the doctor and the boy left, he kept urging me to please try to remember working in Lockwood&Co, (What?) a boy named George and a girl named... Katarah?
I had so many questions that probably couldn't be answered by anyone.
Why was I in the hospital?
Wasn't I in school the last time?
What the heck was Lockwood&Co?
Who were George and Katarah?
Who was this stranger boy?
Most importantedly, Where was Scorpius?
Shouldn't he be the first one I see when I get up from an accident?
