Lockwood's POV
That night, Malfoy messaged me to say Rose said yes.
I felt happy for them, Rose seemed like a great lady.
Someone who could stand Malfoy's big ego.
Scorpius- I have an idea.
Lockwood- That's a first.
Scorpius- Shut it.
Lockwood- What is it?
Scorpius- I'm going to try to make Lucy remember. I have something good.
Lockwood- How?
Scorpius- Give me a day with her.
Lockwood- Don't try anything funny with her. For the record, she and I are still engaged.
Scorpius- no shit Sherlock.
Lockwood- Whatever.
Scorpius- So, the plan is, I'm takin her somewhere that has your memories in it, after the wedding.
Lockwood- When's your wedding?
Scorpius- I guess in a month.
Lockwood- Can you spare time to take her out?
Lockwood- Not. That. Way.
Scorpius- yeah, yeah, I know. Maybe, I think I have time. I'll ask Rosie.
Lockwood- congrats again!
Scorpius- thanks.
I put down my phone on the desk and lay down on the bed.
I tossed and turned all night, I couldn't get any sleep when I realized that Lucy was actually being nice to me now.
That meant she didn't completely hate me, right?
So I went out of my room and went into Lucy's room.
Not surprisingly, it was open.
Lucy was sleeping soundly.
She was so beautiful.
I lay down beside her, trying to at least sleep well for a night.
I didn't dare hug her, since I knew what her reaction would be.
I was planning on lying down beside her for a moment, then go back to my own room.
But lost in the comfort, I fell asleep and made the biggest mistake ever.
