Personality: compassionate, loyal, smart, a gentleman and a sweetheart to Monroe's sister once they meet and start dating, brave, protective over the people he cares about. Respectful, he can become quite moody when he's upset, irritated or annoyed, serious most of the time, he acts different around Monroe's sister and his brother then around everyone else. He's a Grimm and a lot like his brother in some ways, he's still the opposite of his brother personality wise but the two of them are still very close. He's not afraid to show his anger or his brutal side when he has to show it, has a good heart, quiet, a good listener, he's a good brother and friend, caring, honest, not afraid to speak when he doesn't agree with someone or something,

Likes: to do his own thing, ride his motorcycle, hang out with his brother Nick, learn about the Weson their dealing with, drinking to try and forget his war memories when he has flashback. Morning runs in the early morning, to work out to stay toned,

Dislikes: rude people, Weson the mean ones, hexcion beast because he doesn't trust them, being told what to do, very loud thunder because it reminds of his time in the military and it makes him have flashbacks, guys not respecting women, disrespectful people, rude people, bullies.

Bio: Ray is the younger brother of Nick Burkhardt, he grew up along side Nick having no idea about them being from a family of Grimm's, nor that they both lived with weson around them after they were sent to live with their aunt Marie. Ray grew up a little more different then his brother did, he got into trouble and spent some nights in a cell over night for bar fights that he never started, and for getting into fights with people when he saw them not respecting a woman or just over protecting the people he cares for or about. One night at the bar, he got into a really bad fight and ended up in big trouble after accidentally elbowing his brothers friend Hank in the face when he tried to help Nick break up the fight. So he spent a couple of nights in a cell, before Nick told him that he needed to change his behavior or else he could\would end up in and out of prison the rest of his life. So that's when Ray decided to join the military and spend a couple of years there, so he trained becoming one of the best soldier's on his team he even got some medals for his service, he eventually got promoted to being the leader of his squad\team. The military had changed Ray but his anger was still there and he was close to getting kicked out, until a mission with his team went south and he nearly had a watch all of them die in front of him. But he had to sadly did have to watch one of his friends from his team pass away on that day, so he made it his job to avenge them and to keep the rest of his team alive which he did, and it kept him from getting kicked out of the military. Ray eventually left the military and headed back home, where he decided to work along side his brother as a cop, but Ray had gotten scarred from his time in the military both phisically and mentally so he suffers from flashbacks. Ray eventually finds out that him and Nick are Grimm's after their aunt Marie had stopped by just shortly after he had gotten home from war, he didn't know how to take it first til time went on and he understood what it meant to be a Grimm along side Nick. He meets Monroe when they headed over for a case since he knew a lot about the Weson around them, accept the night he meant Monroe he had run into Monroe's adopted sister who wasn't a Weson like Monroe but he could tell that she wasn't human though.
