Rica's POV
I woke up while drooling. I grabbed my cellphone and looked for John's number. I really need to apologize for him... for real! I dialed his number and heard the ringing sound. He immediately picked it up.
"What do you want?" he said. His voice is dry and I heard him blow his nose on a tissue.
"Have you been crying?"
"I dunno." he simply said.
"Doggy, we need to hang out this time for real!"
"I thought that you hate me." he said while crying.
"Oh, Johnny. I'm so-"
"I don't wanna hear it, Rica! If you want to hang out, come to your workplace where we hanged out last time."
"You mean at Mc Donald's?"
"Yes." then he hanged up.
I quickly dressed up and went to my workplace.
John's POV
I'm at Mc Donald's now. Maybe Rica is just playing with me because I didn't treat her well last time. Oh, well. Suddenly, Rica came out of nowhere and sat down in front of me.
"Hello." she said.
My eyes are still swollen because of crying for hours. Then, without warning, Rica stood up and hugged me. She buried her face on my shoulder. Hmmm... she smells like roses.
"You'll be fine, Doggy." she said.
I hugged her back and snuggled her. It feels weird loving my student but I think... we can... work... it... Oh. My. Gosh.
A girl with blonde hair came in. I broke the hug with Rica and she raised her eyebrow in confusion. This beautiful girl must be Jen Ledger. I'm hypnotized right now. I stood up and went towards her. Rica seems heart broken.
Rica's POV
I can't believe the new teacher stalked us here! I heard John and her have been texting each other for weeks. I listened to their conversation with my mouth hanging wide open.
"Hey, John! How's it going." she said with a cute British accent.
"Oh, I'm fine. I can't believe how beautiful you are!"
Jen giggled and John intersected his hand with hers. They went out of the store leaving me there. I feel so dumb. I sat there for hours until I went home. I can't believe she broke our get together!
I hate her!
