Rica's POV
The next thing I knew is that I'm already in the hospital. I looked around the white room. I saw a nurse beside me.
"Am I going to be fine, Miss?"
"I came to pick you up." the nurse said with a sinister voice.
This isn't the nurse! It's...
"Marie?!"
The room around me starts to spin and my eyelids suddenly closed.
I woke up... but I can't see anything. I touched my face to feel if there is a blindfold covering my eyes. There wasn't. Am I already blind? I tried to blink but... I can't feel any eyes. No way!
"Good morning, Rica! Do you feel any pain?" asked Marie.
"Not at all... how's that I can't see anything?"
"I tried to warn you but... you didn't listen. We will continue slowly. I'm done with your legs and eyes. Now with your arms so you won't have any freedom towards John."
I reached out my hands and felt cold metal bars. I clutched it furiously. I'm in jail. I can hear her footsteps getting closer.
"Rica, do you know why Jen and I look so young?"
I bit my lip and didn't answer.
"It's because of this."
She bit my wrist, I flinched. Broken screams escaping my mouth. She licked the blood from it and savored the flavor.
I can't believe they practice cannabalism! John must be n-next!
I drooled from not closing my mouth. She finished sipping the blood and she wrapped me around a blanket. She laid me down the bed.
"You'll stay here... forever."
I keep on shaking my head slowly. It's all just a bad dream, right? Blood dripped down my right eye instead of tears. Marie hummed a song to calm me down. Then, I felt my soul vanished into thin air.
I vanished from existence...
