Rica's POV
I was right. It was all just a disgusting nightmare! Pheew! But I am really in a hospital, except Marie isn't around. It was nightime. By tomorrow, I'm free to go. They said I was unconscious for a week.
*24 hours later*
I got out of the hospital today. I need to see if John is okay. My dream is really terrifying! And who knows? They might be really doing cannibalism.
I got Andrea and Thea to drive me there. I can't drive since I suffered the most fatal injuries. I'm glad that I survived! When we arrived there, I saw John and Jen hanging out together. I slowly approached them. Jen noticed me and she smashed her lips to John's.
"Oh! Umm... sorry to interrupt." I said holding back my tears.
John broke the kiss and turned around.
"Rica, what happened to you?" asked John eying me from head to toe.
I remembered Marie... she will kill me if I tell them. But I am sure that Jen knows... her smile is mischievious.
"I-it's nothing. So, what are you guys doing here?"
"We-"
"I'm just hanging out with my handsome boyfriend!" Jen said before John could finish.
My heart skipped a beat. Not because of anger but sadness.
"Congratulations, J-John." I weakly said.
Jen is chuckling while John has a guilty face. I know John doesn't really love her... he was forced! Jen then, wrapped her arms around John's waist and John put his hand on her shoulder.
"You can leave now." she said.
"O-okay."
"Jen!" John scolded her.
"What? She's infiltrating our privacy!"
I slowly walked away and Andrea and Thea escorted me. I was crying so hard. Why?!
"It's okay... it's okay." they comforted.
I can feel John staring at me as I walk away.
John's POV
After Rica and her friends vanished in the distance, I slipped away from Jen.
"What did I do wrong?" she asked.
"You messed up Rica's feelings again! How could you?!"
"You're the one who proposed to me, John!"
"Yea I did. But I didn't agree for you to screw her up while you are my girlfriend!"
"Okay! Okay! I'm sorry." she said while doing a cute puppy eyes.
I couldn't resist her so I forgave her. I hope Rica's okay.
