After the award ceremony, Yukiko quickly left to check on the Pokemon Cafe.

"How was it?" Yukiko said looking over the profits.

"Heeheehee! You would not believe how much we made! Not even Ashengrotto made this much when he became manager for the committee!" A kitchen Ghost smiled.

"We easily took first place as a popular stand too! They'll certainly want this stand next year!" A Ramshackle Ghost said.

"Great job, Yukiko! The Cafe was certainly a success!" Crowley said.

"Oh right, and here, like I promised, the school gets half the profits." Yukiko gave Crowley a case of money as she got to keep her share for starting the stand.

Yukiko, Grim and Pachi then headed over to the Emergency Room where the others were nursing their injuries.

Leona, Ruggie, and Jack were there as well.

"Hey look! The new champs are here!" Ace stated.

"Yukiko! Grim! Congrats on winning!" Deuce said.

"Thanks, guys! Oh, uh and Leona..."

"Hmph. You don't need to try to make me feel better. At least we went on to the semi-finals." Leona said.

 "And we got to see Diasomnia get dethroned thanks to you. So it's not a total loss. Hehehe!" Ruggie chuckled.

"Tch... Those guys purposely aimed for us and not the disc." Leona growled.

"Although Primarina healed us, we were all worn out before we even went against Diasomnia. "

"Tch... To think that I'd use the clinic's bed aside from my naps." Leona muttered again.

"It's sorta irritating to think that there's no one from Diasomnia here at all, even though they lost this time." Ruggie said.

Ace agreed. "I heard the rumors, but Yukiko's pokemon gave them a challenge this time."

"Yeah... they were amazing. To be honest, people will want to see the Pokemon more than Diasomnia next year." Deuce added.

Jack disagrees though. "Hmph. You really won't win if you think that before you fight him. I'll show you that I can win against Diasomnia without cheating!"

Leona smirked. "Being a cheater can also work to your advantage, you know?"

"You totally haven't reflected on this at all..." Yukiko bluntly stated.

"Why? Is there a need for that? I gave my all in the tournament this year. And next year, I'll just have to do the same." Leona said.

Ruggie snickered. "Shishishi! That's our Leona-san! That's what we like to hear~!"

Jack shook his head. "Geez. I thought we'd all learned..."

Grim actually attempted to change the subject. "Hey, you'll definitely be in the tournament next year for sure!"

"We'll have to do our best so we can be chosen, too." Deuce agreed.

Ace nodded. "Yeah. I don't wanna embarrass myself in front of all those people either."

Then the group heard little footsteps running toward them, and the door opened to reveal a small red-haired kid with lion ears like Leona who came bursting in.

It was the kid Yukiko rescued!

"I finally found you, Uncle!"

"Who the heck's that kid?" Grim asked

"Uncle Leona~!" The kid jumped onto Leona on the bed.

"Ah, damn it... The annoying one's here." Leona muttered.

Jack asked in shock. "Uncle... Leona...?"

Leona sighed as he explained "This little furball's Cheka, my brother's son. ................ He's my nephew."

ALL: NEPHEW~~~~~~!?

"That means... The one who's next in line for the throne is..." Ruggie thought.

"Your match was so cool, Uncle! Teach me how to play next time~!" Cheka smiled brightly.

"I get it already, so don't shout in my ear!
Where are your bodyguards? They might be searching for you."

"I wanted to see you so badly so I left them~ Hehe~"

"Um... The root of all evil for Leona-san is..." Jack said still shocked.

'This little cutie...?' Yukiko thought with a smile as Pachi giggled.

" He's really attached to you, yanno?" Grim smirked.

Leona growled. "Shut it. Stop staring!"

"Hey, hey, Uncle! When are you coming home? Next week? The week after that? Ah! Did you read my letters?" The little prince said in excitement, jumping around.

"Yeah, I told you already. I'll go back home on the holida—Ow, don't sit on my stomach!"

"H-he's just sitting on Leona-san's stomach so casually...!?" Jack muttered.

Ruggie smiled at this. "Hahaha! This is awesome! So this is the reason why Leona-san never wants to go home."

Cheka asked curious. "Are you all Uncle's friends?"

Ace started to laugh." Yup, we're his friends~ Right, Uncle Leona~?"

Ruggie giggled. "Uncle... Ahahaha! Ow, ow... Laughing hurts so much..."

"Stop laughing, you bastards! You better remember this...!" Leona yelled.

Then the energetic kid looked at Yukiko and his eyes lit up.

" Oh! Its you!" Cheka squealed in joy as he ran to Yukiko, hugging her legs. "I saw you in the pre-match against Uncle Leona and the tournament!  Youre creatures were really strong and you looked like a warrior like the women of the Afterglow Savanna!" Cheka chatted as he asked about the beings she entered the tournament with and she happily complied.

"You know her?" Leona asked.

"Yeah, I was about to be trampled by this crazy crowd that came at me, but she and her thunder beast saved me!" Cheka smiled as Leona and Ruggie froze.
