SARAH POV:

"So when do you think she will wake up?" I asked Maya's dad.
"I don't know, it could be a while." He said tensely.
"Wait, is she in a coma??" I asked anxiously.
"No the doctor didn't say anything about a coma." He replied looking straight.
I knew he was kinda getting annoyed with all my questions so I sat there quietly.
Then the doctor came.
"Im really sad to say that the baby is gone." He said looking down.

I literally fainted.

"Really?? But how?? It can't just be gone like that." I said snapping my fingers.
Maya's dad didn't say anything but he looked like he was gonna hurl.
I felt bad for Maya's dad because he had to struggle with the death of his wife, and now his daughter is injured and her baby can't even make it. So sad.

HARRY POV:

I got to my apartment and I called Sarah like five times just to keep up stats on maya.
I was in the hospital room with her and I really wanted to kiss her.
If I was with her right now, it would hurt so much less.
It was almost time to get up and go to school, so I just stayed up for an hour or so.
I'll call in tomorrow for maya.

MAYA POV:

I blinked once, then again.
Then I saw the car coming towards me.
"Noooo!!" I yelled.
I opened my eyes and looked around my surroundings, and realized that I wasn't in my car anymore.
Where was I ?
Then, a doctor rushed in. She probably heard me scream.
Then she said something but I couldn't make up her words cause my head was faint.
Then I touched my stomach to make sure my baby was secure.
But I felt nothing.
HOLY CRAP.

I got up and searched everywhere, like the baby was hiding somewhere.
I'm going crazy.
Was it all a dream?
The doctor said something and quickly put me back into the bed before the wires going into my nose broke.
"WHERES MY BABYY!!!" I shrieked.
The doctor called in my dad and and my dad rested his hand on my head.
Everything went blurry, and everything in my body hurt when I moved it, but I didn't care cause I needed my baby.
Then everything went black again.

When I opened my eyes I saw my dad next to my bed looking really nervous.
Did he know I was having a baby?
"Dad?" I asked.
"Hey sweetie, how are you?" He said.
"I'm fine, but how did I get here?" I asked.
"You got in a car accident, but your okay now." He whispered patting me.
"Dad, I need to tell you something." I said closing my eyes.
"What is it?" He asked.
"I'm pregnant..." I said quietly.
my dad looked down sadly, like he was about to cry.
"Dad, you don't have to be sad about it, I can take care of the baby, you don't have to do anything." I said trying to smile.
"Maya, look.....your baby is gone."
"What do you mean??" I asked.
The doctor was standing in the door.
"You lost your baby while you were in the car crash." He said slowly.
"So your telling me that my baby died inside of me????!?!!!!" I said crying hardcore.
"I'm so sorry maya." He said.
My head was spinning, and I couldn't control the hot tears coming down my cheeks.
"I think that's enough news for today, you need to rest your mind, you have a severe head injury and you don't want it to be worse." The doctor said jumping in.
My eyes burned, and I had a headache.
The baby's life was gone because of me.

"You'll need to stay in the hospital for about two weeks to recover from your injury, so you won't be needing to go anywhere from now on." The doctor said. But I stayed quiet cause I was still astonished by the news.
Why was my life like hell this year?

It's been about a week and five days, and I think I'm doing better.
A therapist came in everyday for the past week to check my mood and to make sure I was doing fine.
My dad and my friends came to visit me almost everyday to check on me.
I loved them, and without them, I would be screwed.
The best part was not going to freaking school.

Sarah came in later on bringing me some of my favorite foods.
"So did you hear from Harry?" I asked curiously.
"Yeah, he called to check if you were okay." She said smiling.
"Oh okay." I said casually. I was kind of hoping that he would have come here to see me, after my injury, but why would he do that? He was in another state and he had his own business to take care of.
"Why are you quiet?" Sarah asked me.
"What? No, I just want to get out of this hospital. Hospitals are like my biggest fears." I said giggling.
"Seriously girl, how do you grow up?" She asked.
I shrugged not knowing the answer.
