Chapter 21

Aliah's * POV *
We stood there hugging for a while. I pulled away and smiled. I kissed him again and he automatically kissed me back.

Next day
It was lunch time. Cameron and I managed to sneak out of lunch. We ran to the locker bay and I turned around. He pressed me against the lockers and kissed me. I smiled through the kiss. I ran my hand through the hair on the back of his head and tugged it lightly. He put his arms around my waist and pulled me closer. We kissed for a while when we were interrupted by someone hitting the lockers. " are you fucking kidding me? " I looked over to see who said it. It was Brittany.

Cameron pushed me off of him. " Brit- " he said but was cut off. " no. You're out here making out with a slut who doesn't even like you and slept with Nash. " she said. I looked at her like she was insane. Cameron looked at me with pain in his eyes. " you slept with Nash? " he said. " no, no Cameron I swear I didn't. " I said putting my hands up. He just looked at the ground with his eyebrows furrowed together. " Cam- " I said but was interrupted.

" how could you ? " he said looking at me again. " I didn't cam. " I said. " I'm sorry, I- I just don't believe you. " he said. " well tell me this, why would I sleep with your best friend ? " I said. " maybe that's why you broke up with me. Because you had feelings for him. I can't believe he would do this either. Maybe you did it to make me jealous. " he said getting angry. " but I didn't. You have to believe me " I said holding his hand.

He yanked it away. " maybe Brittany is right. " he said and paused. " ..... You are a slut " he said. My heart dropped. " you- you don't mean that. " I said taking a deep breath. " ya. I do. Just get out of my life and sleep with some more of my friends. " he said grabbing Brittany's hand and walking away, she turned around and smirked at me. I swear to god. I don't know whether to be sad or angry. I'm pretty sure that at the moment I'm both.

I can't believe that he thinks I would do that. I was interrupted from my thoughts by the bell ringing. I opened my locker got my books and shut it. I walked to my next period and slammed my books on the table. I started to breath fast. Brittany pisses me off so much.

After school
Nash walked into the parking lot and was walking to his car. I ran over to him. " hey, did you hear " I said. " hear what? " he said. " Cameron thinks I slept with you. " I said.

He looked at me with wide eyes. " are you serious ? " he said. I nodded. " why does he think that? " he said stopping once we got to his car. " Brittany told him that. " I said rolling my eyes. " oh god. What is with her? " he said. " she hates me and wants to keep me away from Cameron. " I said. " let's go to his house and try to talk to him. " he said. " here get in. " he said opened one my door for me. I got in and closed my door. He got in and we started driving to Cameron's.

We pulled into his driveway and I got out of the car. " here let me talk to him. " I said. Nash nodded. I walked to Cameron's door and knocked. He opened the door. He tried to close it on me but I put my hand on the door. " let me talk " I said. He groaned and opened the door. " Cameron I didn't sleep with Nash " I said. " you've already said that. I don't believe you. " he said.

" well why would I ever do that? Plus even if I did, which I didn't, how would she know ? " I said. He looked at me and stayed quiet for a few seconds. " I-I don't know. But what I do know is that you had sex with Nash, my best friend and ruined his and I's friendship. You ruined everything. " he said.

" Camer- " I was cut off. " Aliah I don't love you anymore ok! Leave me alone " he said. I stood there. I didn't know what to do until I realized what he just said. " you loved me? " I said quietly looking up at him. " yes. I did. But not anymore. " he said and slammed the door closed. Tears formed in my eyes. I walked to Nash's car, got in, and put my face towards the window so he couldn't see that I was crying. " so what happened? " he said. I shook my head.

Nash's * POV *
" he didn't believe me. He thought I was lying. He told me he didn't love me anymore and to leave him alone. " she said. " I'm sorry. " I said. She took a shaky breath. " are you ok? " I said. She didn't say anything. I saw a glimpse of her face. It looked like she was crying. " hey look at me. " I said. She shook her head no. " Aliah. Look at me. " I put my hand softly under her chin and moved her face towards me.

She was crying. I moved my hand from her chin. " I'll be right back " I said angrily and got out of the car. I walked right into his house. He was standing in his kitchen. I walked to him fast and punched him. He almost fell but stumbled back. " I've got a girl crying out there because of you. " I said. " she shouldn't be crying over you. You don't deserve her tears. You know who was there beside her? Me. You know who was there for her at her moms funeral? Me. Not you. And I'm just her friend. You were her boyfriend Cameron. You were supposed to be there. " I said. He didn't say anything. I shook my head at the floor and walked out of his house.

I got in the car and started it. " what did you do? " she said sniffling. " told him he was an ass and he doesn't deserve you " I said pulling out of his driveway. She looked at me and barely cracked a smile. " thanks " she said. " don't mention it " I said smiling back at her. I drove her to her house and pulled into the driveway. I turned the car off and we just sat there for a while. " thank you again. " she said opening her door. " hey. " I said stopping her.

" don't let him get to you " I said. She nodded and walked into her house.

Melina's * POV *
I was sitting in my house when I got a call from Cameron. " hello ? " I said. " Melina I need your help. Will you come over " he said. " uh ya what's up? " I said. " I'll tell you later " he said and hung up. Ok? I pulls my hair up in a pony tail, grabbed my keys, got in my car and drove to his house.

I got out of the car and just walked into Cameron's house. I was about to say something but when I looked at him I saw he was crying. " what happened? " I said walking over to him. As I got closer I saw a bruise forming on his cheek. " what did you do? " I said. " here I'll go get an ice pack and you tell me what happened. " I said.

He sat on the counter and explained everything. " why the hell would you believe Brittany ? " I said. " I don't know I just did. " he said. " you're such a dumbass. " I said. " I know " he said. I wrapped the ice pack in a towel and put it on his cheek. " I have to go " I said walking to the door. " wait what do I do? " he asked hopping off of the counter. " Cameron there isn't anything you can do. You really messed up. " I said. He made a face like his breath was just taken away.

" oh god " he said. He started pacing back in forth. He pushed over a chair and knocked everything off of the table. " Cameron ! " I yelled. He started pacing again. " Cameron. " I said but he ignored me.

I kept saying his name. I said it for the last time. " CAMERON " I said. He stopped and looked at me with tears in his eyes. I walked to him and hugged him. He hugged me back. I felt one of his tears drop on my shirt. I hugged him tighter. I pulled away. " hey. It will be ok. I promise " I said wiping the tears off of his face. "This is why you are one of my best friends " he said laughing. I giggled. " I know " I said shrugging my shoulders. He smiled.

" alright dude. I have to go. Bye " I said walking to the door. " wait! " he said. I turned around. He just hugged me. " thank you " he said. I smiled. " you're welcome " I said. " now get your shit together ! " I said walking out the door. I got in my car and drove to Aliah's.
