Chapter 3

I got in the car and started driving home. I finally got home and decided to call my mom. Usually when I get home my mom is at work. I walked in the house and sat on the couch. The phone was ringing. My mom finally picked up.
M: hello ?
A: hi mom. Can I go to a party tonight. Please. I made some friends.
M: sure Aliah. Be safe.
A: ok. Love you
M: love you
I hung up and checked my phone. Cameron texted me.
C: hey, it's Cameron. The party starts in about an hour and a half.
A: ok. Can I have the address ?
I ran upstairs into my room and got dressed. I put on a pair of light washed high waisted shorts, a white crop top, and a tribal print grey, and black cardigan. I slipped on my black vans and touched up my makeup. I grabbed my purse put a piece of gum in my mouth, and went back downstairs and sat on the couch. It is was now 5:06pm. I sprayed some perfume and ran out the door.
* at the house *
I walked into the house and the music was so loud I could barely hear myself think. I tried looking for Cameron. I walked into the kitchen and saw him. I walked up to him and said " hey! " he turned around and said " oh hey! "
" so who's house is this ? " I said.
" my friend Chris's. " he said.
" ohh ok. " I said. I kind of just stood there not knowing what to do. I saw someone walk up to Cameron. " hey what's up !? " the guy said. Cameron looked at me and then looked at the guy. " Aliah this is Chris, Chris this is Aliah. " cam said. " hey! " Chris said.
" hi! " I said yelling over the loud music. Chris grabbed Cameron and I and took us upstairs in a large room. There were some people in there. I saw nash, BELLA, Melina, Sammy, Jack G, and Jack J. ( everyone I met at the lunch table. ) " WHO WANTS TO PLAY TRUTH OR DARE " Chris yelled. I shrugged and sat on the floor with everyone. " I'll go first " Chris said. " Cameron. Truth or Dare. "
" dare. " Cameron said.
" I dare you to kiss Bella "

Cameron blushed and looked at Bella. She laughed and said " Jesus. Ok " Cameron walked over to her and kissed her. I smirked at her and she flipped me off. I giggled and Cameron said " Sam I dare you to kiss Melina. " Sam smiled and licked his lips. I pointed to my throat acting like I was gagging. Melina laughed and Sam walked over to her. He sat with his legs crossed right in front of her. He cupped his hands on her jaw bone and started making out with her. I looked away because I felt really uncomfortable. Cameron laughed and said " ok sammy! " he pulled away and sat back where he was sitting. I saw Sammy look at me and say " Jack G. I dare you to kiss...uhh the only girl left. Aliah. " after he said that my eyes got wide. I don't really kiss people.
I'm not exactly the best kisser. Oh god. I'm panicking. Jack walked over to me and sat down next to me he turned his head towards me and took his time thumb and put it under my chin. He leaned in and kissed me. It was kiss. It wasn't a peck but it's not like we were making out. I pulled away and Jack G smiled. I blushed and looked at Cameron.

He clenched his jaw. I looked down at my lap the whole rest of the game until I felt someone touch my arm. I looked up and it was Cameron. Everyone else was getting up and going downstairs. " the game is over " Cameron said. I nodded and got up. I ran downstairs and sat at a table. Cameron walked over and sat down with me. The song I'm not the Only one by Sam Smith came on. I saw Jack G walk through the crowd and look at me. He walked up to me and said " may I have this dance. " I looked over to where Cameron was sitting and he wasn't sitting there anymore. I scanned the crowd and saw him dancing with a girl with blonde hair. I looked at my lap and said " yes. I would love to. " I got up and Jack took my hand in his and we walked to the dance floor.
* after dancing *
Jack and I walked to the table and sat down. " let's go get some drinks. " Jack said. I nodded and followed him to the kitchen. I grabbed one of the cups and Jack took it from my hands. " try this " he poured a liquid in my cup and I gulped it down. I squinted my eyes from the taste. " Jesus that's strong " I said. He laughed and I poured more in my cup. And more, and more. 45 minutes later I was totally wasted. I was laughing at myself for no reason.

Cameron's * POV *
I walked into the kitchen and saw Aliah laughing. I had a confused look on my face because no one else was in the kitchen. I walked over to her and said " are you ok? " she looked at me and put her finger on my chest " yess. I'm fineee! " she giggled. I laughed and said " you're so drunk. " she shrugged and I said " did you drive here? " she nodded. " uh I rode here with some friends so I'm driving you home. Where are you're keys? " I said. She pulled them out of her purse and handed them to me. " let's go. " I said. She was walking but she tripped over nothing. I laughed and held her shoulders so she could balance. We got to the car and she got in the passenger seat. I grabbed a bottle of water out of one of the coolers that were outside. I hopped in the car and gave it to her.

She took the water bottle and started drinking it. I started the car and I said " what's your address? " she told me and I drove to her house. I pulled in the drive way and helped her get out of the car. She still couldn't walk correctly. I walked in the door with Aliah hoping her mom wouldn't be home so that I had to explain. I walked over to their table and there was a note on it. " working late honey. love you " I looked behind me and saw Aliah laying on the couch. " Cameronn " she said. " Ya " I yelled back. " come sit on the couch with me, I'm cold. " she said. I grabbed the blanket that was on the couch and sat next to her and laid the blanket on us. She moved to get comfortable. She put her arm on my chest and her legs on mine. I put my arm around her and got comfortable. She turned on the tv and we started watching a movie. I fell asleep at the beginning of the movie.

Aliahs * POV *
I woke up and had a headache. I stretched and realized I wasn't in my bed. I was on my couch? How did I get home? I looked over and saw Cameron sitting next to me. I smiled and that smile quickly faded away when I realized my mom had to of seen Cameron and I on the couch. I hurried and checked my phone. No messages. I walked in the kitchen and made coffee. I put whip cream on it and put a straw in. I looked down at my outfit and I was still in clothes from last night. I ran upstairs and changed into black shorts and a white tshirt. I pulled my hair into a messy bun and ran back down stairs. I started drinking my coffee and got on my phone. I heard stumbling and saw Cameron struggling to get off the couch. He got up and looked at me. " uhm, I should get going. " he said awkwardly.

I laughed and said " ok cam. " he blushed and walked out of my door. I looked in my drive way and only my mom and I's cars were in the driveway. I ran outside and yelled " CAMERON HOW ARE YOU GETTING HOME. " he turned around and yelled " IM WALKING. " I ran over to him and said " Cameron you're not walking home,you just woke up and that's too much work. I'm taking you home. " i took his hand and he ran to the car with me. We got in the car and it was silent.

But it wasn't an awkward silence. He told me his address and we finally got to his house. " Thank you, for taking me home last night cam. " I said. He kissed me on the cheek and said " you're welcome. So do you uh like maybe want to hangout sometime? " I froze. I looked at him and said " Ya. Sure. I mean ok. " I hate myself. I blushed and he smiled at me. " ok I'll text you. " I nodded and he got out of the car. God he's literally perfect.
