Chapter 8

Aliah's * POV *
I was laying on my bed and looked at my clock. It was 7:30pm. I got off my bed and ran downstairs. I went to make food but felt my phone vibrate it was Cameron.
C: hey☺️ I'll pick you up in 30 minutes is that ok?
A: Ya. See you soon:)
I changed into comfortable clothes. I put on sweatpants and a white sweater. I put on my shoes and sprayed some perfume and sat on my bed. I went on my phone and scrolled through twitter.

20 minutes later I got a text from Cameron.
C: I'm on my way
A: ok
I ran downstairs and sat on my couch. My doorbell rang and I jumped up and got it. Cameron was standing there smiling. He hugged me and picked me up off the ground. " OH MY GOD GIRL I MISSED YOU " he said in a girly voice. I laughed and hit his shoulder. We got in the car and drove to his house.
We finally got to his house and we walked inside. Cameron grabbed my hand and led me upstairs. We walked into his guest bedroom and there was a fort made with chairs, pillows and blankets. There was pizza and pop sitting next to it. I smiled and looked at Cameron. " cam this is amazing. Thank you so much " i said. " no problem " Cameron said softly kissing me on the forehead.

He took my hand and we crawled into the fort and sat down. There was a laptop sitting in front of us. Cameron grabbed the laptop and said " what movie do you want to watch? We have the wedding ringer, breakfast club, and insidious chapter 2. " I thought about it for a second. " insidious. I love scary movies " I said laying down onto the pillows. " really? You can hold on to me if you get scared. " he said. " you wish. I'll be fine. " I said.

By the end of the movie I was latched onto Cameron's arm. He laughed and said " I told you. " I looked at him confused " what? " I said. " you got scared " he said looking down at my arms that were squeezing him from being scared. I quickly let go. " shut up " I said hitting his arm. He laughed and shoved me slightly. I pushed him back.

We just kept pushing each other. I grabbed a pillow to block myself but when I swung my arm the pillow hit him in the face. I froze and started laughing. He glared at me and said " it's on " I jumped up and ran out of the fort. He chased after me and I ran into his living room. I heard his footsteps behind me and before I knew it he tackled me into the couch. He sat on me and tickled me. " C-CAMERON STO-STOP " I said laughing gasping for breath. He stopped and said " nope not until you apologize and yell Cameron Dallas is the sexiest man alive "
" no! I'm not saying that. " I said crossing my arms. He shrugged and started tickling me again. I couldn't take it anymore. I was laughing so hard my stomach started to hurt. " ok, ok! Fine! " I said. He put his hand to his ear waiting for me to say it. " CAMERON DALLAS IS THE SEXIEST MAN ALI- " before I could finish the sentence his mom walked in the house.

The front door is right in front of the living room. She saw Cameron on top of me and I realized what I said and the way we look may seem really bad. Cameron hopped off of me and sat next to me. I sat up and Cameron said " it literally isn't what it looks like. " his mom looked at me and giggled. "
Ok Cameron " she walked upstairs and me and Cameron looked at each other. We started laughing.

" I should get going " I said. " ok, I'll take you home " he said. He walked me out and we got in the car and drove to my house. We finally got there and Cameron walked me to my front porch. " goodnight Cameron " I said smiling and walking into my house. " Aliah wait. " he said. I turned around and looked at him. He walked over to me. He put his arms around my waist and slowly leaned in. I put my arms around his neck and pulled him forward to kiss him. He kissed me and I kissed back. I had butterfly's.

He tightened his arms around my waist and pulled me as close as he could to deepen the kiss. He pulled away from me and said " goodnight Aliah " and winked. He winked. HE FUCKING WINKED. Is he trying to kill me? I walked in my house and closed the door behind me. I put my back against it, closed my eyes and smiled. I was interrupted by my mom running downstairs and yelling " ALIAH ALIAH ALIAH "
" yes what's wrong ?! " I said concerned. She smirked at me and said " you just had your first kiss. " I rolled my eyes and laughed. " why were you watching !? " I said. " I wanted to make sure nothing weird would happen! " she said. I laughed and went up to my room. It was 11:36pm so I decided to go to sleep.

Melina's * POV *
( after date )
" sammy thank you so much, that was amazing. " I said getting out of his car. We walked to my front porch and he said " no problem babe, you're worth it. " he leaned down and kissed me on the cheek. I blushed and went to walk inside but stopped. " sammy ? " I said. " Ya. " he said. " do you want to come in? " I said. He looked at me smiling and said " Ya! I mean uh sure. " I laughed and invited him inside.

As soon as I walked in we saw my dad sitting at the table. He looked up and glared at Sammy. " uh hi dad. " I said. "Hi Mr.Echevarria " Sam said nervously. I smiled awkwardly and went to walk upstairs but my dad said " wait. " I slowly turned around and my dad said " I want to talk to Sam. " oh god. Here it comes. Sammy walked over to the table and sat down. " Melina go upstairs. " I walked upstairs into my room and called Aliah.

" hello? " she said. " Aliah we have a problem. " I said. " oh god what ? " she said. " so sammy came over and my dad saw us and now my dad is downstairs alone talking to sammy. " I said. "
Oh shit. Uh I'm sure nothing will go wrong. Just relax. " I took a deep breath and said " ok. Thanks I'll see you Monday. "
" Bye Mel " she said. " bye Aliah. " I said and hung up.

About 10 minutes later I heard Sammy come up the stairs. " hey. " I said as he walked into my room. " hey " he said. " so what happened? " I said. " he just talked to me. Asked how my day was, and all that good stuff " he said . "
Oh ok. " I said now more relaxed. Sammy's phone went off and he looked at it. When he looked at his phone he had a nervous look on his face. " uh my mom said it's time for me to go home. Bye " he said. He kissed my forehead and ran out the room. It sounded like he was lying but I just shrugged it off and went to bed.
