32: ʜᴀᴘᴘɪɴᴇꜱꜱ ᴠꜱ. ʟᴏʏᴀʟᴛʏ

A few weeks have passed--it's almost June--and the dynamic's changed immensely. 

Camila's been more interactive ever since she was treated. She was fine after three days of Cerasee and healthier than ever. The boys hugged her while Lorraine sobbed as if Jesus returned. It was weird.

Camila gave Chan an old phone. It glitched sometimes but still worked so they kept it. She gave it to him to call at liberty when his members were here. Plus he can check Stray Kids' socials. Of course they still used the girls' laptops to make music or do family/work calls but it was an improvement. Camila also limited the men staying to four which is fair. 

She told her father and as expected he wanted to shoot them. Chan was terrified when talking to him but Dad could only scowl since he wasn't physically there to do anything. It was a long conversation but Camila eventually won him over. He did threaten the boys should anything happen to Althea. It was scarier than Camila with the chancla.

"Ine care if y'all famous. I'll grind ya asses to dust."

Stray Kids were scared to touch her for a few days after that.

Other news, 3RACHA sent God's Menu track to JYP. They obviously can't do a video but they'll at least have something to put in the album. They're also preparing to send Easy while Back Door's being fine tuned. They'll probably have to re-record everything properly once they get back. 

Althea hasn't heard much since she finished her Sophomore year. She even registered for Summer and Fall courses. It's amazing how she managed to pass her classes despite everything that's happened. She's proud of herself.

Since their talk, Leon still hasn't messaged and Althea's had to fight with herself not to start a conversation. She felt offended and vents to Chan whenever that happens. He sometimes vents about his fans too. 

She still loves Leon but....she's reevaluating if that love is still romantic. Speaking of which, her and Chan have once again failed to pull back from each other. She knows this'll all just crash and burn in the end but she just....enjoys his company so much. 

Not to mention how attentive he is. It was annoying when he sent his members to force her to eat but it was thoughtful. Her dishes have been begrudgingly increased to two meals a day. The boys even try giving her some of their food to which she has to draw the line. Hyunjin slid her an extra potato and she couldn't say no since he was trying his best. Though when Changbin tried it she had to decline. His pout made her feel guilty. 

Currently, she's assisting Camila in making hair gel. She won't be doing anymore home visits but that's what children are for. She has four orders so Althea and Lucas are delivering for her. Without their father's knowledge of course. 

One of her clients gave her a new face shield, thankfully still in the packaging, but Althea still sprayed it with alcohol just to be careful.

"Should I take this one?" Lucas asks. 

"Por favor. It's a bit further so I appreciate it amor." She kisses his cheek. "Este necesita ir al refrigerador por cinco minutos. Thea can you deliver this one? It's in Yamacraw so not far."

"Gotcha." 

Althea picks up her keys and pauses before checking in on the boys. She hasn't heard them in a while plus she wants to let them know where she's going.

Hyunjin's in the living room watching a K-drama and beams at the sight of Althea. They've been better now. Sometimes Hyunjin would ask how she's feeling and she's been honest with him. Upon realizing she's going out, the Korean begs to tag along. Though the hesitant look she sports instantly dampens his joy. He curls up on himself and tugs his hair.
