This chapter and the next is dedicated to Abigail King. Getting a diagnosis shouldn't be a battle, we applaud your strength.

"Someone's getting fired." Reed commented as all of the residents that were in the E.R say in a hall outside the conference room. The attendings were at the end of the hall leaning against the hall.

Unlike the rest of the residents Allison was sitting comfortably as she flipped through a magazine.

"Stop it. She wasn't even my patient." Charles replied with a glare.

"What?" Cristina asked when she heard the residents next to her talking.

"Nothing." Charles replied sharply.

"You people need to relax." Allison said as she flipped through

"Easy for you to say McPrincess, you're not going anywhere." Cristina snipped causing Allison to laugh.

"Did you just 'Mc' me?" She questioned without looking up from her magazine.

"How long is this gonna take?" Alex complained before Cristina could reply to Allison. Allison was perfectly fine not knowing her fellow residents names but Izzie insisted on introducing her to everyone at the end of her last shift.

"Why, you need to me a phone call?" Jackson taunted.

"Bad idea pretty boy." Allison commented as the rest of the residents jumped up and began screaming at each other. The fight got bad enough that Mark, Owen, and Derek had to interfere.

"Enough!" Dr.Webber yelled but he went unheard and the doctors continued to fight.

"I said enough! What happened here tonight, what happened to that patient, was inexcusable. And we're gonna be here Till I find out who's responsible for it. So until then, you will sit down, you will shut up and you'll wait to be called." The chief lectured causing everyone to sit down quickly.

Allison set her magazine down and raised her hand.

"Moore." The chief said with an annoyed sigh, telling her to talk.

"I have a patient in the E.R that's on suicide watch. The nurses are watching her but let's be honest, they're overworked. So can I go first?" Allison questioned with a smile.

"Let's go." Webber said with a sigh, knowing that Allison was usually full of sarcastic remarks.

"Hello Dr. Moore, I'm from the board. Larry Jennings." The man introduced.

"This should be over relatively quickly considering I was in the O.R for most of the time and in the burn unit for five minutes to deliver supplies." Allison replied.

"On your way to the burn unit did you see anyone with the patient?" Webber asked.

"I saw Kepner there but I only glanced at her for a second." Allison answered honestly.

"And that was the only time you were in the E.R?" The board member questioned.

"Correct." Allison said before her pager began beeping. "Am I excused?" The resident questioned as she stood up.

"Yes. Tell Hunt to come in." Chief Webber instructed.

"Of course." Allison nodded and then exited the room. "Hunt." The blonde said getting his attention while she pulled the pager off her hip to read it.

"Hi, I'm Dr. Moore." Allison greeted as she opened the curtain to reveal a teenager restrained on a bed.
