You know what's funny?
He was so miserable that he would desperately beg us to accompany him, everyday
He even got to the point that he gave me seemingly fearful threats, as if I'd tremble... again
Like the old me
He thought, I'm still that fragile little child
Who would say "yes" if he says so and "no" is a forbidden word
He would continuously ask for a fight
Like belittling me would make me open this mouth
So he can have a chance
To continue throwing daggers at me
But I wont, 'cause I've learned
I will keep on shutting this mouth
And keep him guessing what I'm thinking inside
And I know it drives him crazy
So I'll stay as I am
You can't hurt a stone
Not anymore.
