Stefan and Artemis approach the rest of the family and together they enter the hall, which is already full of people. Matt's return to the catwalks for a single appearance, let alone together with Lucida, hasn't left the audience unmoved. Of course, the commercials that have been running all along have contributed a lot, but we're talking about Matt here. Even without any advertising, the success of the show was assured.
Antoine, the fashion designer, takes a look behind the curtain at the crowd in the hall and can't believe his eyes.

He knew the show would be a success; his agent had told him that with Matt and Lucida Firewood as the main models, failure was impossible. But what happens tonight and, in the days leading up to it was simply stunning. His name kept popping up in fashion magazines and all the TV shows were talking about him.
The fact that Matt's whole family was wearing his own clothes also caused a stir. Antoine couldn't believe that the biggest businessman in the country, his famous painter wife and everyone else had decided to help him just like that. He was to thank them personally later at the party, however, when Stefan asked him for a favor for tonight and he gladly accepted, he told him they were even. No, no, no. That little favor is nothing compared to the help they offered him. He definitely has to thank them all!
While the family takes their seats in the front VIP row, Jace and Stefan have a quick chat.
Jace: Well said, son.
Stefan: You think so? I think I said a lot.
Jace: No. No. You said exactly what you should have said. And as for Artemis ... She was amazing.
Stefan: Yeah, I know.
Jace: Is something wrong?
Stefan: Now that I think about it ... Did I make a mistake in throwing her so abruptly down this rabbit hole of publicity?
Jace: Are you afraid she's going to lose her head?
Stefan: I don't know. I did the same thing with Aphrodite and you saw the result.
Jace: Apples and oranges, Tiger. Artemis has nothing to do with that bitch.
Stefan: I know that. And that's why I let it happen, but ...
