We arive at the doctors. And I hold Sakura close.
"The liquid baby aspirin should take effect soon. I'm almost betting it's because she's teething." I tell Atsumu.
Atsumu kisses my temple then feels Sakuras cheeks "I only hope."
"Miya." The nurse looks our way since we are the only ones in the room.
"Yes, Let's go Atsumu."
As the nurse took us back they weighed sakuras and all of that good stuff.
"She's teething right now so perhaps it's because of that that she has a fever. I gave her a baby aspirin and she doesn't seem too flustered."
I tell the doctor. As the doctor examines Sakura he comes to the same conclusion.
"Sometimes babies get high fever with teething, I'd like to send her home with antibiotics or rather I'll give her a shot that way there is not too much of a fuss. This is Just incase she has a early infection. It happens with teething babies as well."
I hear shot and all I can think of is how fussy she's going to be afterwards.
"Alright, we— Sumu honey are you ok?" I notice Atsumu as pale as a ghost.
"Y-yea! I just don't like shots! Can't we give her some liquid antibiotics?"
I face palm
"Have you ever tried shoving medicine down a babies throat? It's not pleasant for the baby or parent. It's best if it's in formula but then again some babies won't take it if it tastes weird. A shot is simple and fast. You can step out if you like?"
I sigh "Sakura please take this like a champ and don't be like your daddy."
The doctor laugh "don't worry I have a particular way I do things. You just tickle here and there and boop their nose and then give the shot."
I tilt my head. "Really? I'd love to see that."
The doctor smiles "I'll be right back with your shot.
-time skip after doctor-
"Sumu Sakura didn't even cry! I forgot how scared of needles you are."
Atsumu shivers "I want my ma."
