1 PM

You chose to skip lunch and kept yourself busy hiding some of the things that Y/N left when someone knocked at the door.

"Ate Trish, Ate Y/N, paki-open please. Andito na pinakamaganda ninyo kapatid." Jill shouted outside. "Chill ka lang nga Jillian, baka mamaya nyan kakatapos lang gumawa ng pamangkin natin yung dalawa hahaha" ate Aika jokingly told their youngest.

Suddenly, you opened the door and told your siblings "Bastos niyo pa rin kahit sa hallway noh? Pumasok na nga kayo, marinig pa kayo ng iba or ng mga troll na bigla bigla na lang sumusulpot. How to be a kabute ba?"

"Sorry Trish. Sorry ate Trish" both of your siblings are laughing and proceeded to hug.

"It's okay. Pero stop na, okay? Tara sa living room tayo, meron ako sasabihin" you weakly smiled at them.

"So, what's up? Asan si Y/N?" ate Aika asked after settling in your couch.

"Oo nga ate. Weekend ngayon and usually andito si ate Y/N" Jill continued while looking around.

"About that... we broke up earlier... I didn't mean to – " you were cut off by your two crazy sisters.

"What?!! Why???" ate Aika exclaimed "So suddenly ate Trish? What happened" Jillian was furrowing her eyebrows in confusion.

"Maybe don't cut me off while I am explaining, right?" you rolled your eyes and continue with your story. "I fucked up, big time. I'm not sure if napansin ninyo pero for the past 10 months, ang cold na ng relationship namin, ang cold ko na sa kanya, although Y/N tried her best to make suyo and take care of me. I acted indifferent until she couldn't bear it anymore." you sighed and look outside the window trying to imagine Y/N face.

"But wala naman kayo sinabi. Even when we hanged out sa condo or mall, you both acted like everything is okay. So why? What's the real reason bakit ka naging cold Tricia?" ate Aika asked holding your hand and signaling to Jill to rub your back in comfort.

You look them at the eye and honestly said "Napagod ako" you gave them a small smile. "Then I met a new doctor, Dr. Nicole Madrigal, sa hospital that made me feel emotions I have been trying to find with Y/N. Hindi ko na napansin that most of my time was spent sa hospital with the new doctor instead kay Y/N. I was excited to meet a new friend that made me feel extra happy and safe" you tiredly told them.

"Did you cheat ba ate Pat? Kaya ka ba naging cold and you both ended things?" Jillian softly asked while ate Aika just stared at you as if you grew another head because of how idiotic you were.

"Kinda? Idk...I didn't sleep with her but after a few weeks we started working together sa hospital, she kissed me and I kissed her back before I pushed her away after I came to my senses." you avoided their gazes before you continue. "I immediately told her I have a girlfriend and we can only be friends. She apologized and we both acted as if nothing had happened. I didn't know that someone saw us and we were the topic in our gossip mill." you sighed. "I swear nothing happened after that kiss..." you pleaded to your sisters.

Ate Aika scoffed and stood up, trying to calm herself down, while Jillian just sighed and thought"ang tanga mo ate Tricia". She just looks at her two ate, lost to what she can actually tell her ate Tricia.

"Tell us the whole truth Patty. What the hell did you do for Y/N to suddenly leave and give up on you?" ate Aika angrily asked you. "ate...." you started but she cut you off – "Because as far as I can see, you could have come clean about the kiss and Y/N would have understand it, hurt and may feel betrayed but she wouldn't leave you just because of that." she looked at you, her tone sharp and cold.
