"Enough mga anak. Kahit magpatayan kayo dyan, wala kayo pareho maitutulong kay Patty kung magaaway lang kayo." Mama Leni stood in the middle and turned to her eldest daughter. "Aika, tama na yan. Patty needs you, us, more than ever. Behave" then looked to Ralph "Ralph, calm down. You have a point pero mali din pagdeliver mo nun kay Patty. Apologize." She demanded.

"I'm sorry tita" Ralph bowed his head. "Not to me. To your bestfriend." "I'm sorry Tricia. I'm just disappointed sayo and well, to be honest... hurt din." He remained rooted to where he is. "You could have talk to me... to anyone sa family mo. You could have trusted us more..." He said softly while ate Aika and Jill nodded in agreement to what he said.

"Ralph... I...." You felt your throat constrict; your muscles started to tense up. You tried to speak but no other words came out.

"Yeah?" Ralph softly said, looking at your face, trying to figure out what you feel right now.

"I... I didn't – " You began to stutter. Mama Leni interrupted. "That's enough. You both had a long day, lahat tayo pagod na. Go to sleep." She sternly said and looked from Ralph, to ate Aika, then Jill and finally me. "Jill, anak. Tabi ka muna kay ate Aika mo tonight." Jill nodded. "Kami muna ni ate Patty mo tabi." She held up her hand when you started to protest. "Wag ka na maginarte dyan. Inform mo din ang hospital na kukunin mo pa rin yung VL mo – " "Maaaa – " "Janine Patricia Gerona Robredo." You gulped and your two sisters and Ralph started to snicker. "Yes po ma." You sighed in defeat "No need na galitin si mama. Baka pauwiin pa ako sa condo namin ni..."

"Oh siya, it's getting late na. Ralph, you know the way to the guestroom naman, dun ka matutulog. Let's go to sleep everyone. Pahinga na tayo at mahirap na baka dahil sa pagod natin... Baka bumitaw pa tayo ng mga salitang masasakit at di natin sinasadya." Mama ordered and everyone nodded.

Ralph and Jill left first, leaving mama, ate Aika and me in the living room. You remained seated, and your thoughts started to wander about what Y/N was currently doing. Ate Aika gently shook you. "Patty" "Patty" "Patty, tama na yan pagdaydream mo. Tara na. Matutulog na tayo. Tama na yan kakaisip kay Y/N" she sounded amused and you heard mama Leni chuckled.

"I'm nooooot." You whined as you stood up. "Iniisip ko yung mga gagawin ko sa hospital since kukunin ko yung nafile ko VL. Baka pagalitan ako ng head doctor or management?" You frowned, just imagining how mess up the schedule will be because of you. "Ano ka ba Pat. Malapit ka na nga i-force leave ng mga head doctors and admin. Talo mo pa daw yung mga permanent doctors dun kung makapag-duty and OT every SINGLE day." Ate Aika smirked "Yan kasi, dapat PRIORITY mo yung mga tamang desisyon sa buhay. Single ka na tuloy."

"Ano? May isasarcastic pa ba yan ate? Napakasupportive mo talaga ate Aiks" You rolled your eyes at her and she just laughed. "Syempre. Ate ako noh." Ate Aika playfully raised one of her eyebrows, daring you to challenge her. "Tsk... One of these days talaga. Gagawin kita guinea pig sa magiging research ko as a doctor." You grumbled. "Sure. Sure. Want mo ba isumbong kita kay..." "ATE!" You shouted. "Ma si ate. Inaaway ako" You turned to mama Leni and pointed at ate Aika, shooting daggers with your eyes. "Jusmiyo duwang iniyo. Aika, kanina ka pa. Si Jillian muna ibother mo. Kapag ito si Patty umiyak ng dis oras na gabi. Jusko. Dadalhin ko kayo dalawa sa lobby at iiwan ko kayo dun. Dun ka manuyo sa kapatid mo. Alam mo napakahirap pakalmahin niyan. Wala si... Pumundo na tabe dyan." "Deserve. Galit na si mama" "hehehe Sorry ma, sorry Patty. Mapundo na po." Ate Ate said. "Goodnight ma. Sleep ka na po." She hugged mama Leni before your mama went inside her room and turned to you "Goodnight Patty. Wag ka na masyado magoverthink dyan Pat." She poked your head and hugged you. "Andyan na si mama. Sabihin mo lahat lahat, okay?" she whispered and gave you a comforting smile. "Shoo ate. Pumasok ka na dyan sa kwarto mo. Susunod na din ako kay mama pumasok sa kwarto." You pushed her towards her room while laughing. "Goodnight ate Aika. Thank you sa lahat." You smiled and bid her goodnight. Once she closed her bedroom door, you walked towards your mama's room to get some sleep.
