Y/N POV

After leaving your grandparents' house, you drove to the nearest convenience store and bought some beers and went to the Mcdo drive-thru before you went uphill to the foot of Mt. Isarog. You drove for 20 minutes before arriving to one of your favorite spots in Bicol. One of the places you usually bring Tricia if both of you are in Bicol.

"Well. This place never changed." You mumbled to yourself as you looked around. There were only about five people everywhere. "Usually marami-rami na nakatambay dito kapag sunset na." You wondered and picked up beers you bought and down one bottle in one go.

Now alone in your thoughts, you couldn't help but think about Tricia, your parents and everything that happened over the past four years. Everything had changed, but history was still repeating itself. "Another failed relationship Y/N." You bitterly thought as you opened another bottle.

It was calm out there, with less than ten people scattered around the field just enjoying the sunset, doing their drinking. You began to feel the cool night air as you continued to think over and over about the months of courting Tricia back. Struggling with how to deal with her coldness. The start and end of your relationship. Your dead parents and your decision to leave the country entirely. It keeps looping itself in your mind, reminding you of the things you have been avoiding.

*Ring...ring..ring* The sudden ringing from your phone broke your endless thought. You reached out for it without looking at the caller id.

Y/N: "Hello?"

???: "San ka?"

Y/N: "Hello din sayo Art"

Art: "San ka nga?"

Y/N: "Naga" you told him and downed the current beer you were holding.

Art: "Gago ka. Kung asan ka man. Hinahanap ka ni Erika"

Y/N: "Erika? Erika Trinidad?"

Art: "Oo. Meron ka pa ba kilala iba Erika?"

Y/N: "Well...Nasa Pilipinas siya? Naga din?"

Art: "Apparently pinsan oo. Hindi ba halata at hinahanap ka nga?"

Y/N: "K. Taray mo. Tatanong lang naman. Iniwan niya ba number niya? Bigay mo dali"

Art: "Pota. Oo. Iniwan niya kanina. Wag naman masyado marupok kay Erika oh"

Y/N: "Shut up. Bigay mo na bilis."

Art: "Eto na. Send ko after ng call. Ingat ka kung asan ka and wag ka magpakalasing. Magdridrive ka pa."

Y/N: "Yeah, yeah." You opened the last bottle. "Riiiight... oo pala, di na ba ninyo need ng tulong para sa wedding ni ate Paula?
