Third Person POV

A month passed before they knew it. And so much happened in that time.

For starters, it was Valentine's Day.

Sean had activities planned he knew Lana would love and a gift he was nervous about giving, but hoped she would love too.

They had a delayed start to the day, sleeping in for a while longer than usual, before making breakfast and spending time with Amada. They played some games, and decided to video call Sean's family, since they have been asking to call for a while now. But everything has been crazy and they haven't gotten much time to. The time difference makes it quite challenging too.

But it was 11am their time, and 8pm in London, so it worked out fine.

"Oh, Amada, how are you feeling?" Sean's mother, Kathleen, asked.

"I'm fine. How are you?" Amada replied.

"I'm good, we miss you though." Kathleen said, taking the hand of Michael, her husband.

Amada smiled, "I miss you too."

"Where's Lana?" Kathleen frowned, moving closer to the screen to try and spot Lana in the background.

"I'm right here." Lana said, walking -- with a waddle -- into the living room where they had the computer set up. She placed Sean's coffee on the table, and wrapped her arms loosely around his neck, leaning down to be in the camera frame.

"You look beautiful, as always, Lana." Michael complimented.

She smiled shyly, "Thank you."

"Sean, scoot over a bit, I want to see her bump." his mother requested.

He did as he was told as Lana stepped back, showing them her bump. She was nearly 26 weeks pregnant.

Kathleen beamed, "You look gorgeous. The bump definitely suits you."

Lana smiled, thanking her before changing the subject.

"Amada has a new boyfriend."

Kathleen was the first to react, a giddy sound coming from her mouth. While both Sean and his father's eyes went wide, asking in sync, "What?"

Amada ran a hand through her hair nervously, "That's not true. I do not have a boyfriend."

It wasn't much longer when Lana had said she was going to go lay down for a while. Amada agreed, as her hip was beginning to hurt more from sitting for so long.

Once they'd left the room, questions began flowing.

"Did you propose?"

"No." he responded, slightly confused at the random question.

"When are you going to propose?"

Sean sighed, "I don't know, mom. We haven't even been together a year."

"Well, that's only this time around. Last time it was a while, too."

Before he could respond his dad cut in, "I'm sure he'll find the right time for them. For now, she seems happy, and that is what's important."

"And your happiness too." his mother commented, looking at Sean.

"I am happy." he defended.

"I'm not saying you're unhappy. I can tell you're very happy, delighted really. But, you need to take time for yourself sometimes too. I know you, I know how you act and react when things happen. I know you want to help Lana constantly, but you can't. It gets annoying, especially when you're pregnant. And really, you're lucky she hasn't kicked you out. I almost kicked this one out." she finished, pointing to Michael.
