Chapter 12

Marie's pov;
I woke so early just because of my alarm clock, but I just can't sleep back because I can't wait to give Dave his present. Last night I was planning of what present I'm going to give him so, I think well and thought of something I've like to do since before. I went to bath and woke up my sister who was still sleeping. Then, we ate breakfast and waited for the carpool. I get my phone and texted Dave.
He said, " Who are you?. Wait are you my cousin's crush or girlfriend?"
I said, " I'm Marie but he calls me Nissniss. I'm his girlfriend."
He said, " Yes!!! At last you admitted."
I said, " Dave!! Stop joking that it was your cousin."
He said, " I know ok. How about my gift? Will you give it to me in the carpool?"
I said, " Nope, I'll give it to you dismissal time."
He said, " Ok... C u later.. Sweetie pie."
I said, " ok see you later Dave."
Our carpool arrived and I greeted Joy when I sited beside her. Then, we arrived at Dave's house and saw him getting inside , and then noticed that Joy left a space between me and her so Dave can sit beside me. I wrote a note in a paper saying, " Meet me at the soccer field dismissal time." And I gave it to him.
The whole carpool was silent until we arrived at school.
When Joy said goodbye to me, she said, " Dave has a plan f-.."
I almost heard it but Dave cut her off. So I looked at them and saw that Dave was winking at me again.
Time skip....
After the grade seven were dismissed, I waited for him at the soccer field and saw that he was with Joy. Joy was carrying something at her back. Then, they turned around and Joy gave the thing to Dave. I think Dave was planning something. Then, he get nearer to me.
He said, " Flowers for my beautiful Nissniss."
I received a bunch of roses and it smells so beautiful.
I said, " Thank you this is so wonderful. Then it's time for me to give you my present."
He said, " where is it you haven't bring anything?"
There was no one in the soccer field except me, Dave and Joy.
I said, " Close your eyes and count from one to ten slowly."
He closed his eyes and counted slowly. Then, I kissed him on the lips but quickly. Then, he opened his eyes and I can see how happy he is. I was blushing doing it and walk far from him going outside the soccer field and he grabbed my arm and hugged me, then, he putted his head on my shoulder.
And whispered, " I love you."
I turned around and faced him. He put his forehead on mine and we smiled. We heard a scream saying, " Dave and Marie what are you doing here!"
We looked and then saw my sister with Joy's cousin Jeremy.
And I said, " and what are you doing here with Joy's cousin?"
Joy said, " Danielle you can't just believe what she do to Dave and I also took a picture of them."
I said, " Joy don't post that in FB."
She said, " Sure."
Then she let my sister watch the picture and stared at me with a wide eyes. Then, me and Dave just laugh. Then, we watched the picture.
Dave said, " Joy send that pic to me ok."
Joy said, " Ok."
We went to the back gate and saw Peter was there with his friends. Dave held my hand and I knew Peter was jealous when he saw it. When we arrived at the back gate we saw that our carpool was there.
Time skip...
I went inside my room and kept on thinking what I've done my heard my phone ringing and saw that Dave was texting.
He said, " Was it your first kiss?"
I said, " Yup."
He said, " We are still young but I know we can wait for each other till we're grown up."
I said, " Yeah I know but I just want to do it."
He said, " I know.. Now you should study there or else your gonna fail just because of me."
I said, " Stop teasing me Dave.. And also I was studying when you just texted me."
He said, " Ok ok good night sweetie pie."
I said, " Good night Dave."
He said, " Just call me Ding."
I said, " Ok good night Ding."
Then, I put aside my phone and study. Then, I went to sleep.
