"Don't be such a loser, (Y/n). Come on! It's safe,"Kacchan said, making all of his friends turn around to look at the girl shaking in fear. "But, Kacchan, that log looks slippery," (Y/n) whined, looking at the giant log that was sitting on top of the water like a bridge.
"Come on, I got you," Katsuki said, grabbing on to (Y/n)'s hand. "I won't let you."

"I got you!" Katsuki huffed, grasping onto (Y/n)'s hand. Both of them were covered in cuts and bruises from the previous battles they encountered in the tower
"Let me go, you idiot! I don't need your help." (Y/n) yelled, revenge still lightning up the dullness in her eyes. The way she looked at Katsuki—it was new. It's like she completely forgot about him.
The metal floor made a loud clang sound. Katsuki turned around to see the tower ripping apart from the destruction caused by his quirk. "Snap out of it nerd! Can't you see we're trying to help? Is your brain corrupted or something?" Katsuki yelled in (Y/n)'s face, his grip around her hand tightened. His eyes grew wide in realization. His rival's sister, the spunky, geeky school girl he fell in love with—she was gone.
That night she took off from her bedroom window, seeking for power and revenge on her brother who threw her away for a quirk of his own, she too exchanged a great deal for a quirk, and that was the person she used to be. The person that everyone used to admire.
"Yelling in her face won't work. Once this fight is over, she won't remember anything," Dabi announced, walking out towards the edge of the tower that Katsuki was clinging on to. "Every day a fragment of her memories gets erased. And thanks to All For One, all it takes is just a single push of a button to turn her more into a melancholy fighting machine." Dabi laughed, pulling a metal compact device from his coat pocket.
"Just a push of a button to make her forget everything she's ever done in her previous life." Dabi smiled creepily before giving the button a final push. Katsuki looked down at (Y/n) with fear in his eyes. (Y/n) screamed in pain. Strong shocks were flowing to her brain. Her eyes turned white from the shock that came from the device.
"(Y/n)!" Katsuki yelled. "Have fun," Dabi said, pushing Katsuki's hand off the edge with his boot. The two were now falling to their deaths from the 200 story tower. (Y/n) was still frozen, like she was deactivated. "Wake up, damn it!" Katsuki yelled, furrowing his eyebrows. He was scared.
