Third Persons POV (Y/n) and Katsuki looked at each other in shock and embarrassment. (Y/n) covered her mouth and quickly stood up, realizing what just happened. "Ew!" She said, spitting out saliva. "Shut up, nerd!" Katsuki growled, his face still red from the sudden impact of (Y/n) and him kissing.
Sending a jolt of electricity through their bodies. They froze for a moment, their eyes widening in surprise. The chaos around them seemed to fade into the background as they locked eyes with each other.
(Y/n)'s heart raced, pounding against their chest as they realized the intimate position they were in. Their faces flushed with a mixture of embarrassment and something else they couldn't quite put into words. Katsuki's eyes flickered with a mix of confusion and a hint of desire.
Slowly, they both became aware of the weight of the situation and quickly scrambled to their feet, abruptly breaking the accidental kiss. Their cheeks still tingling, they exchanged a hesitant glance, unsure of how to address the unexpected moment of intimacy.
"Uh, thanks for saving my ass," Katsuki finally managed to mumble, his voice tinged with a touch of unease.
(Y/n) nodded, trying to find their voice amidst the lingering awkwardness. "Well, you were moving pretty slow, so...."
Katsuki froze and glared at (Y/n), but decided to drop her sarcastic comment and smirked. "Says the person who finished last in the junior high track meet."
As they stood there, the tension between them grew palpable. It was as if the adrenaline from the battle had somehow transformed into a different kind of energy, one that made their hearts beat faster and their minds race with possibilities.
Finally, Katsuki broke the silence, his voice slightly softer this time. "You know, we make a pretty good team out there."
(Y/n) couldn't help but smile at his words, a newfound warmth spreading through her chest. "...."
"What now, nerd?" Katsuki groaned. "It's just...you usually say something more...not selfless." Katsuki grinds his teeth together, clearly irritated. He rolled his eyes and just continued fighting.
As the chaos of battle continued around them, (Y/n) and Katsuki shared a knowing look. They both understood that this accidental kiss had changed something between them, opening a door to a future that neither of them could have predicted. And as they faced the uncertain path ahead, they couldn't help but feel a sense of excitement and anticipation, ready to embark on this new journey together.
"What are you looking at me like that?" (Y/n) asked, staring at Katsuki, who had a goofy smile on his face.
"I wasn't, damn it!" Katsuki shouted, completely embarrassed as he blasted his quirk to hide his blushing face.
(Y/n) blew a piece of hair out of her face as she looked down at the chunks of metal that she had slashed to pieces. She glanced at Katuski, who was stomping away in frustration. She admired his skill and determination, the way he effortlessly took down the drones with his explosive quirk. There was no denying that Katsuki was a force to be reckoned with, and she felt a surge of pride knowing that he was on her side.
As the last of the drones fell to the ground, (Y/n) couldn't help but feel a sense of relief wash over her. The battle had been intense, but they had emerged victorious. However, their moment of respite was short-lived as she noticed a flicker of movement out of the corner of her eye.
Before she could react, a new wave of drones descended upon them, their metallic bodies glinting in the sunlight. (Y/n) gritted her teeth, ready for another round of combat. She knew she had to focus and give it her all, for her own safety and for Katsuki's.
With renewed determination, (Y/n) lunged forward, her sword slicing through the air as she engaged the drones head-on. The clash of metal and the sound of explosions filled the air as she fought with all her might. She could hear Katsuki's explosions echoing beside her, a constant reminder that they were in this together.
They moved in perfect sync, their movements fluid and precise. It was as if they had fought side by side for years, anticipating each other's actions without needing a single word. The trust and camaraderie between them were evident, and it only fueled their determination to come out victorious.
As the last drone fell to the ground, (Y/n) and Katsuki stood side by side, their chests heaving with exertion. They exchanged a brief nod, acknowledging the successful battle they had fought together. Grateful for each other's presence, they shared a moment of unspoken understanding.
But there was no time to celebrate. The battle was far from over, and more enemies were sure to come. They couldn't afford to let their guard down. With a renewed sense of purpose, (Y/n) and Katsuki readied themselves for the next onslaught, ready to face whatever challenges lay ahead, side by side.
"Hey! Nerd! Come on, let's get you to the security room so you can shut this place down." Katsuki said. (Y/n) looked at Katsuki, a mix of surprise and amusement crossing her face. Despite his brash demeanor, she knew he had a keen strategic mind, and his suggestion made sense. Nodding in agreement, she followed him closely as they made their way through the chaotic battleground.
The sound of alarms blared in their ears as they navigated through the maze-like corridors of the facility. "Why foes this building have so many god damn stairs!" Katsuki huffed as they both ran up the stairs of the tower.
"You were the one who got stuck with me, so you don't get to whine about it." (Y/n) said, glancing at Katsuki, who looked like he wanted to fight her. "You were the one who forced me to come with you! You idiot!"
(Y/n) sighed. The drones seemed to be multiplying, and it became clear that shutting down the security system was their best chance at gaining the upper hand.
As they approached the security room, (Y/n) could feel her heart racing with anticipation. She knew that disabling the security system would not be an easy task, but she was determined to do whatever it took. With Katsuki by her side, she felt a surge of confidence, knowing they could overcome any obstacle together.
Once inside the security room, (Y/n) quickly assessed the situation. The room was filled with screens displaying various surveillance feeds, and the control panel was a complex array of buttons and switches. Taking a deep breath, she focused her attention on the task at hand.
Katsuki stood close by, his eyes scanning the room for any potential threats. "Hurry up, nerd," he urged, a hint of impatience in his voice. "We don't have all day."
(Y/n) smirked, finding Katsuki's impatience endearing in its own way. Ignoring his comment, she began to analyze the security system, searching for vulnerabilities. With her sharp intellect and quick thinking, she soon identified the main power source that controlled the drones.
She reached out and started flipping switches, her fingers moving with precision and purpose. The room filled with a low hum as the surveillance screens flickered, then went dark. The once chaotic battleground fell silent as the drones lost their commands and crashed to the ground.
(Y/n) turned to Katsuki, a triumphant smile on her face. "Looks like we got them," she said, a hint of satisfaction in her voice.
Katsuki smirked back at her, his fiery determination evident in his eyes. "Not bad, nerd," he admitted begrudgingly. "But we're not done yet. We need to find the mastermind behind all this."
With a renewed sense of purpose, (Y/n) and Katsuki left the security room, ready to face whatever awaited them next. They knew that the battle was far from over, but with their combined strength and determination, they were ready to take on any challenge that came their way.
