I watched intently as P.I.X.A.L. connected a cord to herself while Cyrus manipulated the Digiverse console. "I think we should position the main switch over here to keep it concealed. With a bit of ingenuity and some additional coaxial cables, we might be able to reboot the system using the Techno Blades and erase the Digital Overlord for good," Cyrus explained, his eyes sparkling with anticipation.

"I thought you said we needed the stolen hard drive for that," Jay interjected, his voice laced with confusion, stepping closer to the computer monitor as if to inspect it himself.

"I did," Borg replied with a warm smile toward Zane. His fingers danced across the holographic controls, bringing up complex schematics. "But that was before I fully grasped the extent of Zane's powers."

"And what is that?" Kai asked, crossing his arms, his skepticism evident as he leaned against the nearest table, tapping his foot impatiently.

"A chance to enter remotely. By the time we pinpoint Lloyd's location, it may be too late to prevent the Overlord from siphoning his Golden Power," Cyrus stated gravely, adjusting his glasses as the weight of his words hung in the air.

"And escaping the Digiverse?" I asked, straightening up, my eyes narrowing as I studied Cyrus's movements. My pulse quickened; this was far from a simple mission.

"Exactly. If we digitize the ninja and Techno Blades using my experimental technology, you'll be able to confront him directly within the Digiverse," Cyrus clarified, turning to a control panel that hummed with energy.

"What do you mean inside the Digiverse?" Jay asked, practically bouncing on his toes, a mix of excitement and disbelief in his tone as he leaned in closer, his eyes wide with curiosity.

"Ugh, weren't you listening? He's going to put us into the video game," Cole said, rolling his eyes. He gave Jay a light shove, causing him to stumble back with a playful grin. I gave a quick glance at the two before turning my attention back to Cyrus.

"I know, heh, I just wanted to hear it again!" Jay shouted, bouncing back up on his heels like an eager kid waiting for a turn on the arcade machine.

"But Mr. Borg, if anything were to happen to them inside the program—" P.I.X.A.L. began, her voice ringing with concern, only to be cut off by Cyrus, who raised his hand in a gesture of reassurance.

"Of course. Every step into the unknown carries risks," Cyrus said reassuringly but with an edge of concern in his voice as he adjusted a wire leading to Zane's system. His face grew more serious as he typed rapidly.

"What dangers? What is she talking about?" Kai demanded, uncrossing his arms and taking a step forward, visibly uneasy now as his eyes darted between the flashing monitors and P.I.X.A.L.

"You know how in video games you get multiple lives?" Cyrus asked with a chuckle, briefly looking over his shoulder, but his hands never stopped moving.

"Yeah, whoa," Jay breathed, his excitement increasing as his imagination took over.

"It's not like that," Cyrus stated quickly, his fingers pausing over the keyboard as his expression grew solemn.

"Oh," Jay muttered, his excitement dimming as his shoulders slumped.

"Presto! We're up and running!" Cyrus announced as the computer screen flickered to life, revealing a vibrant, digital world full of swirling colors and code.
